  We reserved a minivan well in advance at the Enterprise location on 7th Street in Fort Worth because we were traveling with a handicapped family member who uses a wheelchair. Two days before our scheduled pickup, I received a call from the branch explaining what I would need to bring when picking up the rental. During that call, I explained that we would be traveling with a handicapped family member who uses a wheelchair, along with four other passengers and luggage, and that it was extremely important that the reserved minivan be available because it was the only vehicle that would meet our needs. On June 26, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM, about an hour before our scheduled pickup, I called to ask if we could pick up the vehicle a little early. I spoke with an employee whose name started with the letter "T" (I believe it was Taraj, but I am not completely certain), and he identified himself as the manager. That was when I was informed that our reserved minivan was not available. The only options offered were a Nissan Sentra or driving to the airport to see if they might have a minivan available. How was a handicapped family member who uses a wheelchair, along with four other passengers and all of our luggage, supposed to fit in a Nissan Sentra? When I explained that neither option was realistic, I was told, "That's your only solution." We were so disgusted by that response that we ended the call. No one offered to check other Enterprise locations, arrange a comparable replacement, or make any real effort to help us. After spending considerable time calling around ourselves, we eventually found a minivan at the Hudson Oaks Enterprise location, where the staff treated us with professionalism and got us on the road. I sincerely hope Enterprise corporate reviews how this situation was handled at the 7th Street location. A reservation should mean something—especially when a customer has clearly explained that the vehicle is required for accessibility reasons. Offering a Nissan Sentra or telling us to drive to the airport and hope they had a minivan was not a solution; it was passing the problem on to the customer. If this is the level of customer service the 7th Street location considers acceptable, then Enterprise has a much bigger problem than an unavailable minivan. Thankfully, the team at Hudson Oaks demonstrated what real customer service looks like. The difference between the two locations was night and day.

  Easy picking up the car and then the staff was amazing when I dropped it off. I was having trouble returning it but the staff, specifically Colin, was just so helpful. The industry in general is hard to work with but this branch of enterprise was awesome!

  I don't know how this Enterprise has only 4⭐️. Definitely a 5⭐️ experience for me! The entire team was extremely professional and friendly. I worked in the customer service industry for over two decades so when I say they are 5⭐️ don't just take my word go experience them for yourself! Please Enterprise, celebrate greatness with this team every chance you get!

  I rented from the 7th Street location this week only because Avis was out of cars. To be honest, I have avoided this location for years due to past experiences. I'm an Avis President's Club member and have literally driven past this Enterprise to rent from Avis locations farther from my house. One rental changed all that. Tajae delivered some of the best customer service I've experienced in the car rental industry. The entire location is now running like a well-oiled machine, and the difference is remarkable. One exceptional employee, and perhaps some great leadership behind the scenes, has completely changed my perception of Enterprise. What started as a simple two-day rental has me seriously reconsidering becoming an Enterprise customer again. Great service creates loyal customers, and Tajae proved that. Please recognize him for doing an outstanding job. Bravo to the team at the 7th Street location. Keep up the great work!

  It was extremely busy when we showed up to pick up our vehicle but the manager Tajae was very helpful in getting us into the right vehicle for our needs and getting us on the road. There was a small issue with the need of a credit card vs debit card. Tajae call his boss who denied approval for the use of a debit card. We were going to leave but Tajae was very patient and worked with us to get it all worked out. Had it not been for him we would have gone someplace else. Perhaps put on your website that certain vehicles require a credit card, not debit. They excepted the debit card for the online reservation, very misleading. Overall it was a good experience due to your staff and manager Tajae.
