  Excellent service in FW TX loc close to Train station, I only wish they would offer pick up from train station.

  I had originally rented my car from another Enterprise location in Fort Worth. I had paid for a modern sedan that could shuttle myself and 3 others during our stay. When I got there, I was offered either a 2-door sports car, or a Mitsubishi Mirage. I had to take the Mirage strictly for the seats, even though the car was in rough shape and could hardly fit all of us or our baggage. I dropped the car off at the end of our trip at this location because it was closer to our final destination and saved a lot of time. Usually, I understand this would come at a cost, but the staff at this location were extremely thoughtful and considerate. Beyond that, when I returned the vehicle, the Branch Manager, Mr. Tajae, came to inspect the car with me. He noted that we had kept the car in very cleanly shape, asked me about my experience and I was honest in the fact that I was disappointed and the car limited our ability to travel as intended. He apologized, and took great care of us in alleviating some of our hardships. He was exemplarily in his professionalism and restored Enterprise's image in my mind as a consumer. Wonderful customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. Thanks again, Mr. Keegan

  Update: Richard an Asst manager rectified this issue and solved the problem. They recognize d their error and I appreciate the swift action . Horrible customer service multiple agents hung up on me. I was in a car accident and insurance booked me a rental through this location. Mia, Lana and a male employee scheduled me for a pick up. Once my reservation time had passed no one ever came I called this location 7 times . Each time I was placed on hold or hung up on.

  Quick checkout, quick return! Enterprise at 7th always shows interest in our students and how they perform at UIL competitions, cheering us on when we check vehicles for rental, asking about the competition when we return. FWISD sends us to this location, and I have travelled for many years for the district. Always the best service at Enterprise 7th. As a Fort Worth native for 50 years, this location makes FW still feel like home.
