  I have rented cars from many different Enterprise locations for work travel and the 7th street location in Ft. Worth is truly exceptional. They are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make it a great experience. Thank you to the entire team!

  My son left his prescription Versace sunglasses in the passenger “pocket” backseat apparently on purpose to see how honest this cleaning crew is and yup they stole them. Yall make sure to take all valuable items bc this place is full of a bunch of thieves. I returned a van and came back one hour later to find they failed miserably. Yea my a child and a dummy for doing that but good to know now this place can’t be trusted to do the right thing. SMH.

  Jerry and Tajae are awesome!!! I have had such an amazing experience here over the years. They get me in and out and when I have questions they not only answer them but are willing to listen. Above and beyond , keep it up!!

  Editing review/stars because of Richard. With the way he treats customers you’d think he’s the owner of this location. I haven’t encountered someone at a business who actually takes initiative to make things right to ensure you’re satisfied. He took ownership of the situation and made sure that I was happy with my rental experience. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I’m pretty blown away, his level of service and attentiveness is EXTREMELY rare nowadays. Old review: FOLKS COME PREPARED!!!! One of very few locations in DFW that is open on weekends so expect for peak times to be busy. Bring your insurance provider name and policy number bring your drivers license and bring a debit or credit card with a chip keep in mind they also charge a deposit but don’t state it when you pay so ask how much the deposit is so you know your card has enough. If your card gets declined you cannot use the same card again after transferring money or whatever and your reservation will be canceled when your card is declined. If you have an out of state license only a credit card will be accepted no debit card allowed for out of state license! Do not expect to be in and out. There were 16 people in the store when I came in. Even with a reservation the process will not be fast. There were 4 employees - one working the counter checking people out and doing returns and answering the phone kuddos to him for handling so much all at one while still being pleasant. Another was inspecting cars to release for customers checking out. Another was inspecting vehicles that have been returned. And another was working on cleaning returned cars. I’ve been using enterprise for a while and have never encountered a location this busy. They definitely need at least 2 people at the counter. Reason for the low score despite the friendly associates is because of how customers don’t appear to be prepared of such polices without having to do a ton of research. I learned a lot while waiting in line. Took over an hour from reserved time to when I was given the car. I want to reiterate all the employees were very friendly but the location is understaffed especially for a Saturday.

  I had a 10:30 a\.m\. reservation and arrived on time, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish\. There were only three employees working, and the line was wrapped around the office\. I left for a while because of the wait and returned for my reservation, only to wait another 40 minutes\. When it finally my turn I was only then was I told that I couldn’t use my debit card\. This should have been explained before I spent more time waiting and rebooking\. I understand that employees can’t control how busy the office gets, but there was no sense of urgency, and communication was extremely poor\. If someone had simply explained the debit card policy from the beginning, I could have made other arrangements instead of wasting hours and leaving without a rental car\. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope this location improves both its staffing and communication with customers! Do better
