  They were Fantastic at this location. They were knowledgeable, helpful and Customer service ☑️ The vehicle they recommended was perfect and the entire rental process was smooth and efficient. Grade A++ all the way around!

  First and absolutely LAST time I ever deal with Enterprise. I made a reservation through the app the night before, got BOTH an email and text confirmation, and showed up exactly at 7:30 AM like I was supposed to. Guess what? NOT A SINGLE CAR at the branch. Nothing. Not the vehicle I reserved, not an alternative, not even a basic economy car. How does a car rental company have ZERO cars available after confirming reservations? Then, after wasting almost TWO HOURS of my time, they sent me to another location where they dumped a smaller car on me and acted like they were doing me some kind of huge favor. “You’re lucky we found you this one.” Lucky? Are you kidding me? I paid for a reservation that YOU confirmed! In total, it took nearly THREE HOURS just to get a car, and because of this disaster, I missed an important business meeting in Houston. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and beyond incompetent. This company clearly has no respect for customers’ time or commitments. Enterprise turned what should have been a simple pickup into a complete nightmare. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TOTAL CHAOS. AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

  Davonte the manger, probably is good with customer service. But today just wasn't his day with me. I have rented several cars from enterprise at this location. But today was just not a good one The young man told me he didn't have any cars. So we walked outside. It was a jetta, a Jeep, a Van and 2 trucks. I told a young man by me.Having knee surgery i was not capable of getting up in a truck. I said, well, won't you just let me get the Jeep? It's more better he ignored me. When I asked about the Jeep, he said, well, I can give you the Van. I said I do not want the Van. Whenever you make a reservation in advance, you shouldn't have to get a call saying it's not any cars in changing my time to come in another time now. If I schedule my appointment for 9 o'clock, I expect to get a car when i arrived I get there 9 o'clock. Don't call and change my appointment to another time. It's just not acceptable with me.or anything like that. And I'm a plus member I just didn't understand that kind of service today. It was unacceptable with me and I will be calling the corporate office, when Joe was there customer service was excellent

  My experience with Enterprise was outstanding! Davonte Shepard was very helpful and even upgraded the car because they didn't have a compact car like requested. If you need to rent a car go see Davonte and his team. He will take care of you and give you exceptional customer service!
