  Easy and out the door within 30 minutes. Just had to wait to get the car interior cleaned. Car ran smoothly. Was kind of annoyed Enterprise called the next morning to afternoon asking when we would return the car. We paid for a full day, so we expect the car for a full day. Other than that, would go back. Just can be low on vehicles which every rental car company has problems with.

  If I could give 10 stars I would. This enterprise location has the best group of people. Ali, KD, and Landon- from me and my husband and our daughter we Thank you guys so so much! Thank you for being flexible and understanding while providing great customer service as our family went through a tough time unexpectedly with our car for over a month. We appreciate you all so much and will definitely be choosing you all again for any car rental needs. You all were such a pleasure and just went above and beyond! Stay awesome guys! Anyone giving this place bad reviews I promise you THEY were the problem lol. This location gets super busy, especially during rush hour times… so please be patient and know not everything is an employees fault they can’t control if people don’t bring cars back on time or don’t communicate. So they do their best to accommodate you. Give them grace please and thanks :)

  I rented from this Enterprise location in April and had the vehicle for approximately six weeks. While I was out of state, I was instructed to renew my rental contract in the state where I was located. When I eventually returned home and returned the vehicle to the original location, I was charged for gas, an additional day, and a return fee. I immediately contacted Enterprise to dispute the charges. What followed was extremely frustrating. I was told that because the charges came from another state, the local location could not do anything. I contacted the other state and was told the location where I returned the vehicle was responsible for correcting the issue. I contacted the original location again and requested that the matter be escalated. I spoke with the manager, Ali, but was told there was nothing he could do. This was especially frustrating because the location was able to charge me for gas, yet somehow could not correct or investigate the disputed charges. This was reported on July 2, and despite calling three times since then, I still have no resolution and no meaningful follow-up from management or corporate. This should have been a simple issue to investigate and resolve, but instead I have been passed around and repeatedly told that nothing can be done. Very disappointing customer service and poor accountability. I should have known from the cars they had and their condition I was going to run into some foolishness. However, I expected much better from Enterprise. Based on how this situation has been handled, I would give this location zero stars if that were an option.
