- SBShe BarAug 12, 20261.0I rented from this Enterprise location in April and had the vehicle for approximately six weeks. While I was out of state, I was instructed to renew my rental contract in the state where I was located. When I eventually returned home and returned the vehicle to the original location, I was charged for gas, an additional day, and a return fee. I immediately contacted Enterprise to dispute the charges. What followed was extremely frustrating. I was told that because the charges came from another state, the local location could not do anything. I contacted the other state and was told the location where I returned the vehicle was responsible for correcting the issue. I contacted the original location again and requested that the matter be escalated. I spoke with the manager, Ali, but was told there was nothing he could do. This was especially frustrating because the location was able to charge me for gas, yet somehow could not correct or investigate the disputed charges. This was reported on July 2, and despite calling three times since then, I still have no resolution and no meaningful follow-up from management or corporate. This should have been a simple issue to investigate and resolve, but instead I have been passed around and repeatedly told that nothing can be done. Very disappointing customer service and poor accountability. I should have known from the cars they had and their condition I was going to run into some foolishness. However, I expected much better from Enterprise. Based on how this situation has been handled, I would give this location zero stars if that were an option.
