- MAMartin AvilaJul 2, 20261.0I was given a Jeep as a rental while my truck was being repaired, even though I was told I would be placed in a vehicle similar to mine. They said they expected to have a truck available within a few days and would call me to swap vehicles, but that call never came. After I returned the Jeep, they contacted me for feedback on my experience. I explained that I was disappointed they didn’t follow through on what they promised. The representative apologized and said the manager would call me to discuss the issue, but I never received a call. Overall, the lack of communication and failure to keep their promises made for an unprofessional customer service experience.

- CBCraig C. BackusJun 18, 20261.0Enterprise put in a claim on our insurance for a hail storm that happened AFTER we returned the car we rented to Caliber Collision. Even though my receipt shows we returned the car at one time, they say I'm responsible for it until they get the car back to their location. I will never, ever use Enterprise again, and I will overdocument with photos and videos whenever I rent a car from anyone else in the future. I am extremely irritated with this situation. I'm having a roofer friend check the addresses for Caliber and Enterprise to see if they had a hail event in the days following my rental. I can't wait to hear what he finds.
