  Communication regarding my rental was great and a problem with my pickup time was resolved with ease. Chad and the team at the Fort Worth Meacham airport location are top notch!

  I rented a vehicle from Atlanta and returned it to this location both the rental and return went smoothly. The lady that helped us check in at this location was courteous and helpful she checked it in and it didn’t take forever… I don’t remember her name as I was tired from driving..

  First I never spoke to a “live” person but thru chat or email - that is NOT personal service. In attempting to get a car I didn’t know the location it would be from. When I was waiting for the ride from the body shop which was late I found out they didn’t know name and where the body shop was. Finally got picked up and got a car. It only had 3/4 of a tank of gas which was a bit difficult to only put back that amount so it was turned in with a full tank. Then I received numerous texts that the car was due when my car had yet to be finished. When I received notice my car was ready I spent 30 minutes trying to find a phone number to speak to a person. That call was answered by someone in a call center (it was noisy and you could hear the other calls) that obviously didn’t speak English as a first language and was hard to understand. He could not understand my question of what I should do with the rental car. Finally he told me to leave the car at the body shop and he was notifying the office to pick it up. This was on a Monday and Wednesday I received a call from a live person wondering when I intended to turn the car back in. I ended up calling the owner of the body shop and he called the rental office and got them to pick ip the car that had been sitting there since Monday. I never received a call or text informing me they had the rental or thanks for your business.

  I give an overall 5 star rating to the Ft. Worth Tx Enterprise, Kristina was my Representative and she went above and beyond to make things 5star. But, I give the Alamogordo, NM an F- ... no star, they had NO DROP BOX SO I COULD DROP THE KEYS OFF ON Friday night, so I parked the car, which is obviously ON CAMERA...AND RETURN TO THE office with the keys at the FIRST CHANCE I COULD ON THE MONDAY WHEN THEY FINALLY OPEN, AFTER BEING CLOSED ALL WEEKEND. AND THEY had the AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME THE WHOLE WEEKEND, WHEN THE WERE CLOSED WITH NO DROP BOX, THIS WAS NEEEVER TOLD TO ME. IM LIVID. TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T USE IS LUDICROUS AND FRAUDULENT. I GIVE Alamogordo NM Enterprise an NO STAR. Kristina at Ft. Worth called and atleast gave me half of my money back, but it is still not good enough...im out nearly $500, that's no even something I got to use or enjoy.
