  I have rented from this Enterprise several times and never had an issue. Customer service is always great, atmosphere is clean, and employees are helpful with good attitudes. The cars are always clean, washed, and ready to go. Xander was absolutely phenomenal to work with! Outstanding individual, was very helpful, polite, we had great conversation! Management needs to promote this guy! He deserves it!

  This branch is the best in FWorth!! All staff were courteous and professional. Carson helped me through the rental process. He was great . I got a clean and comfortable vehicle. I highly recommend this branch.

  Due to an inconvience regarding my rentle a few years back, I was offered a free upgrade and a free day on a two day rentle. I havent rented since then until recently. I called and I was told to bring in the email printed from the manager at that time. I brought it in and the manager, I believe his name was alex ( ginger), wouldnt honor it because it was a few years. He said he would do the free upgrade. There was not time limit on me cashing this in, as stated in the email and i havent rented. I asked to speak to the regional manager, he refused to contact the regional manager. He smugly suggested I speak to the assistant manager. I reached out to corporate. I still needed the car, they were the only ones open on Sunday. I called to be picked up for rentle, i was told they cant because theres only two people at the desk. I get there and there are atleast 5 people there including ginger. He did not upgrade my vehicle as promised. I get back and I dont know if he heard from corporate or just didnt remember me from the day before but he was kissing my ass when I got back. I was in a good mood and decided to move on. I say all this to say I will never rent from this place again. TERRIBLE customer service. Take your money where you are appreciated.

  My Daughter reserved a rental here a month ago. Even went by to make sure she was getting what we need for a family trip. They assured her it would be ready and could pick it up at noon today. She showed up to find out there was something wrong with a tire on the vehicle and it would not be available and had nothing comparable we could rent! They close at 1:00.. pretty much “sorry about your luck” They weren’t willing to have the tire fixed or help find an alternative location to secure a rental?! We’re to leave early tomorrow morning. Worst customer service of any car rental I’ve ever dealt with. Zero stars!

  This location is horrible. Zero customer service. Came to pick up a vehicle that we reserved A MONTH in advance. Was told 15 mins prior to our reservation that the vehicle had a tire issue and is now at the shop. The manager was so nonchalant about the situation Had no solutions to offer us, Had no vehicles that were comparable, Couldn't contact other locations. Completely unreliable and disappointing. This is for a family trip and they totally failed us. TURO saved us and had better rates. Use them for your rental car needs.
