They refused to rent me a car, and wouldn’t take any other physical form of ID. Just left me stranded with no form of transportation.

When I rented my car, they asked if I wanted to ensure the rental I very clearly say no I have my own insurance. Then they give me a paper to sign and I told him what is it and they said it is a rental agreement so when I return the car back, they wanted to charge me Over $100 for the insurance,so they threw it on. And the manager was arguing with me that I had signed the agreement and that’s not what they said that paper was. They said it was the contract for the rental and he was unhappy when he had to give me a refund back, but after arguing with me and my husband. Is the worse way to handle a situation. Also they don’t give me the car I had chosen they only give you what they want and the car was very dirty hair all over the sit They told they will call to pick a different car they never did.
