  The new guy with the red hair had a nasty attitude with my mom and was extremely rude and unprofessional. We’ve been using this location for years and never had an issue until now, would not recommend this location.

  Honestly, I never thought I’d have to speak up over something this small, but I’m pretty disappointed. My return time was 12 PM on Saturday, and I’m 100% sure I handed the keys to the front desk before noon. I called my wife right after I left, and my call history shows 11:37 AM. But somehow, my receipt says I returned the car at 1:35 PM, so I was charged extra hour. What’s funny is this location closes at 1 PM on Saturdays… so how did I return a car at 1:35? It’s not really about the money. I’ve called Enterprise customer service 3 times, and they’ve been very helpful, but I still haven’t heard anything back from the location. I guess they just wanted to review here😂 This could’ve been easily solved by simply checking the cameras or at least following up. BTW, the staff there were great, especially the Black gentleman at the front desk super nice guy. My disappointment is really with the management and how they’ve handled this. I trust Enterprise, but isn’t this how a company slowly loses people’s trust — one small disappointment at a time?

  Absolutely was dishonest with the rate I would be charged- charged me an additional $40 per day claimed that was "tax" was not aware tax was 33% these days. Not this location but there is no way to review the alliance location

  The supervisor, Destin, got me into a comparable vehicle extremely quickly and handled every customer in the lobby with respect and tact. I really appreciated him supporting me last minute in making some adjustments to my reservation. Brandon who escorted me to my vehicle was also very kind and had great customer service. I would highly recommend this location even on a busy day.

  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise. The person who handled my reservation over the phone understood exactly what I needed and coordinated everything perfectly. When I arrived, every staff member at the location was incredibly kind, and the young gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond. The check‑in process was much faster than I expected, and the vehicle was a perfect match for my needs. Truly excellent service from start to finish. Update: My second visit was not as great. They couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to get the dealership manager to contact the Enterprise manager just to clear things up. This ended up making me late for work. The vehicle I received this time also wasn’t cleaned — the windshield had so many bugs on it that it was difficult to see out of.
