I purchased a used 2022 Toyota Tundra for over $30,000 from this Enterprise Car Sales location. At the time of delivery, the truck was extremely dirty, so we asked if it could be professionally detailed before we took possession. Management told us they would reimburse us up to $200 for the detailing if we submitted the receipt. After we had the truck detailed and submitted the receipt, they refused to honor their promise. Instead, they claimed the receipt was fraudulent and denied the reimbursement without providing any evidence. This was very disappointing and made me feel like they were looking for an excuse not to fulfill what they had agreed to. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Enterprise Car Sales location. I expected honesty, professionalism, and customer service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I am requesting reimbursement or that this matter be escalated to management or corporate customer service for resolution.
