I went for a single wash, and they charged me for a monthly service I did not sign up for. I would be careful going to this location.

I’ve been a loyal member here for a few years, but the decline in quality has become too much to ignore. Lately, the experience has gone completely downhill. There's dirty parking lots, broken vacuums, and air blowers that force you to move your car multiple times just to find working equipment. Today, I pulled up at 8:43am to find the main wash closed during normal hours. When I asked staff when it would reopen, they brushed me off and claimed that because the vacuums and sprays were technically still accessible, the location "wasn't closed"..completely ignoring the fact that the actual car wash was shut down, and that closing the wash early or failing to open on time happens far too often. After years of supporting this business, I will be canceling my membership.

Kind of a sad experience. Was charged twice automatically for service that I never signed up for. Probably a mistake, but never fixed. Had to close my credit card account to stop the atomic payments. Needless to say, my dispute was not properly handled. So for that I don't go to caliber anymore. Too bad. It was really nice.

I went here about 1 month ago to get my car wash. When I pulled up to pay one of the employees told me there was a promotion where I can pay 12.99 to get car washes for the whole month. I asked if this is a subscription he said no it is just a trial and would not renew. 1 month later I see a charge from caliber for 23.99 and a account created using my information for a membership.
