  I had a membership there and was not happy. They did not clean my vehicle properly and once I’m even left with grease on the side of my truck I canceled my membership. I had two accounts and they refunded the prorated amount only received the prorated amount for one account not the other. I’ve been back there several times to ask about why the second refund has not been received and I keep getting the runaround do not absolutely do not buy a membership here with this company. If you’re looking for a better company go to Cowboy car wash they are fantastic.

  Bring a towel to dry your windshield. I've used this car wash for over a year now and never with any issues, however over the past few weeks I've washed my car more than once and drove out of the wash with water still all over my windshield and back windows. This was never an issue until now, so I believe it has to do with something being wrong with the dryers at the end of the wash tunnel not working properly. It's just an annoyance to expect the windshield to be mostly dry, or at least clear of drops and streaks, but continue to experience this issue and have to get out and dry the windshield and back window myself. I'm very short so it's difficult for me to reach!

  Cancelled my membership and they charged me for 2 more months. I've called, emailed, gone in person and still no refund. I have proof that I canceled the membership as well.

  The wheel brushes got caught in my wheel well damaged my wheel well liner and scratch my rims
