  Please read reviews!!!Worst car wash, no customer service paid for the ceramic wash and my car came out horrible still dirty. I showed employee and asked if I had receipt. I said yes. He says well we have this great deal. (Trying to sell monthly unlimited car wash) I don’t live here. Note employee Jackson is the one attending vehicles entering car wash. And he spoke to me. They could have just re-washed vehicle. Make it right but he won’t. Refused to give me manager’s name.

  Incident occurred with Vehicle damage incident # 253530 created but no follow up or resolution. Company won't reply email. Horrible customer service

  This place caused my car significant damage to my rear bumper and side. I had a membership at this dealership for almost 5 years, never complained. On 12-13-25 the car wash malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle. I have attached photos. According to the employee this was clear on the surveillance video. Today is 3-18-2026, this car wash has not reached out once despite taking a full report and promising to review the incident. I have contacted the manager, but eventually he stopped responding. Completely unacceptable. Despite all the money i have spent here, i would expect at the very minimum a report with logic and explanations. I was also very patient and decided to wait before i write a bad review, but enough is enough. Do not come here. This place does damage vehicles. See the photos attached. Obviously accidents happen, but this place will not own up to it. Ridiculous.
