  After a 9 year relationship with multiple cars on the account for 9 years, Today, I received terrible customer service from the female manager, then spoke to the general manager who is worst at customer service. Which explains the manager bad skills. To bad, Im going to another company who wants my multiple accounts and offers good service. Caliber can contact me when you offer better customer service or separate from the GM and Manager. Hopefully you get it together, and I will come back. Best wishes. 🙂

  Apparently they close at 7:00 on Sunday. Otherwise, best car wash in town.

  Got our car wash here today and the wash is still not great. If you own black cars this could be the worst car wash to visit. We had a membership and canceled since the wash could clean our SUV and 3/4 ton truck. Like the vacuum station and nice they are in the shade in the afternoon. I feel like the wash equipment is out dated and needs an upgrade.

  So rude, awful customer service. I was not made aware the membership sticker had to be stuck to my windshield, l just bought a new car and did not want anything on my windshield. They cancelled my membership without my knowledge. When l asked for a copy of the agreement l signed the acting manager stated she did not know if there was one. Dave your money, go to a different car wash.
