I’ve been a member for years. Used to be good. Now something is always broken or missing. From the vacuums to the actual car wash something is broken. The tire shine comes off the tires and sticks to the paint. This place needs to be closed for repairs and an update. It’s the only convenient choice around me and I’m ready for some competition in White Settlement. The people are nice at least.

"Used to be one of my favorite car washes, but no more. I went today, September 28, 2026, at 10:25 AM, so it wasn't even later in the day, yet my car still came out smelling overwhelmingly like a sewer and stagnant water. This is the exact same thing that has happened the last couple of times I've been here over the past few months—the awful smell just lingers inside the vehicle for hours. I'm paying to clean my car, not to leave my car with dirty old water. Whatever they need to do to properly maintain and clean their water system, they just aren't doing it. Unfortunately, I'm going to change to a different car wash company."

It closes before 8
The machine malfunctioned and the driver's side brush arm caved in the side of my car and ground the paint off my bumper. I could smell the burning grease from their malfunctioning equipment during the wash cycle because it was so strong but the attendants just stood around talking. Their policy is that they are not liable for any damage so I am responsible for all repairs.

Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable experience.
The conveyor belt broke down after soap had already been put all over my windshield. We were told it would be about a 30-minute wait, which we were unable to do. We were offered a refund, but when we asked if they could also provide one complimentary car wash so we could return another day and actually receive the service we came for, they refused.
What made the situation significantly worse was the behavior of two employees, Michael and Chris. They began yelling at my husband, and the confrontation escalated to the point where they tried to fight him. There is absolutely no reason a simple request regarding a car wash should escalate into employees yelling at and attempting to physically confront a customer.
We understand that equipment breaks. That was never the main issue. The issue was how the situation was handled afterward. We left with soap still on our vehicle, without a car wash, and after an unnecessarily aggressive confrontation with employees.
A broken conveyor belt is understandable. This level of customer service and behavior from employees is not.
