  Wash is ok, but beware of the monthly membership! Even if you requested cancellation the company will constantly hit your account! Over 9xs! I will never do business with a company that puts repetitive charging as a business model! Do not g{ here there are many other companies that are not this way! This was close and I will trave before returning! This review will remain until a full refund of all my money is received! This still being posted will be a testament to Calibers customer service and business model

  I understand why this location has so many one star reviews. I was one of the first customers there to vacuum my car. In the process of me using the vacuum, an employee approached me and said "you have to wash your car first before you use the vacuum."I said "why"? He said, "because I have to make room for members and wet cars first." He approached me as if I wasn't going to wash my car. I come here all the time and always vacuum first because I dont like waiting to use it after I wash my car. There is always a line for the vacuum unless you get there early and vacuum first then wash. And you know what, because he came at me the way he did, I didn't wash my car there. I finished with the vacuum and left. I will not patronize this place again. Neither will I recommend it to anyone.

  1st i am 78 yr old lower leg amputee , no biggie ,2ed i wash my 22 Silverado and my wife 19 Rav 4 minimum 2 times each per month ,, today. 4/14 at 11:30 ish i spilled a bag of popcorn and was right on Eastchase , i pulled in to vacuum,, did not was due to forecast of rain. ! i young man instructed me to leave if i hadn’t used the wash , he was polite as was i and left ,, i have decided that maybe i can use another car wash ,, i don’t want to ,,but its the principle,, just an old Nam vet too grumpy 🇺🇸

  Sam, who pretends to be the site manager, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. After being a loyal Caliber member for over 3 years, I terminated my membership and won’t be coming back.
