  I've been getting all my services at Brakes Plus since moving to the area and they have always been friendly and educational when explaining my service options. Robert works fast and understood my car's problem perfectly. Joe helped me schedule my diagnostic time and helped me save time when dropping off my car. I highly recommend this team for all your oil & fluid services, brakes, and your miscellaneous car service needs. They do much more than brakes and they have great coupons online, too.

  They took really good care of me, got my truck in fast and got the problem fixed right away. Jamie is also really good about communicating and keeping you updated with what’s going on. I will definitely be back anytime I need my truck looked at.

  Amazing service, great prices, attention to detail, and clean facilities!! The store manager was very helpful and accommodating to all my questions and even offered a paid ride to my home while they serviced my car. They honored the valid coupon I had and gave updates as things progressed. No one tried to upsell me anything and they respected my strict budget. 100% recommend!!

  Tommy Barrett, the store manager, really stood out to me and gave me such a wonderful experience. While I was sitting in the shop, I overheard several of his conversations with other customers. What impressed me most was how honest he was with them. I heard him explain that if they wanted a certain service done, he would absolutely be happy to do it, but that it wasn’t actually necessary for their vehicle at that time. That says a lot about someone in an industry where people are often worried about being sold services they don’t need. I originally brought my car in for a different service, and while they were working on it, they found another issue that seemed premature for the mileage on my car. Tommy had personal experience with that type of problem, so he took the extra time to check out my brakes and other parts. He gave me their price for the repair they found, but also encouraged me to check my warranty first because it may be covered. When they were ready to show me the issue, I was in the middle of a work Zoom meeting. Instead of interrupting that and rushing me, they left my car up on the rack and waited until I was finished so Tommy could show me exactly what they had found and explain it to me. Between the way I watched Tommy treat other customers and the way he handled my own car, I left feeling like I had found a shop I could trust. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured to spend money unnecessarily. I would absolutely recommend this Brakes Plus location.

  I've been to this location twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Tommy and Justin have been especially great to work with. They communicate clearly about what they're finding, explain what actually needs to be fixed, and never make me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. Most recently, they helped me track down a small oil leak on my vehicle. Tommy and team took the time to properly diagnose the issue, fix it, and verify that the repair was successful. I really appreciate the honesty, communication, and customer service I've received here. I'll definitely be coming back to this location whenever I need help with my vehicle. Highly recommend Tommy, Justin, and the team!
