- TGTexas GuitarvilleAug 8, 20261.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle in and was told I needed to replace all 4 rotors for my vehicle. I calculated in front of the manager the rotor thickness and showed it was less than a half mm low. So he lied about it needing being replaced. Then continued to not even own up to the lie and tried to push me out the shop with my two rear ones that actually did need replacing not fixed or replaced. So they tried to sell me 2 rotors for no reason. I was also told my life time warranty on my brake pads didn’t cover wear and tear lol haha what the heck do they cover then??? I called corporate office and reported this because this shouldn’t happen to any of you guys out there. My advice is to stay away from this shop and this company as I have had other negative experiences in the past. I was only coming here because of my “lifetime warranty” on my brake pads. This service is trash and needs to be dealt with. Corporate office here is your chance to fix this! Please fix this!!!
