  Visited the Brakes Plus in Haslet for some routine maintenance at half the price as the dealership. Daniel L. was a big help with his dealer service knowledge, told me what I needed and what was fluff from the dealer. Stop by and see Daniel!

  Josh and Sam were extremely helpful and accommodating of my unique situation. What was a simple oil change and battery purchase turned into me coming back to the store to have the battery installed professionally and they handled the entire process perfectly! Kudos to you guys! Thank you!

  Excellent experience at Brakes Plus! The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and got me taken care of quickly. The pricing was also very fair and competitive, which made the whole experience even better. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but this team definitely delivered. Highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone needing auto service!

  I went in for a full brake inspection to fix a few problems I have been having with my brakes for a while now. My service advisor, Alicia, was extremely polite and helpful upon entering the store, and assured that the technicians would get right to work on it. After the inspection of the brakes, I was shown what was wrong, and was given a few different options at different price points to fix the issue. During this, the service advisor was continuing to be extremely helpful and obviously knew what she was talking about, making it very reassuring. As I did come in closer to closing time, and the brake job going to take a bit longer than typical pad swaps, the technicians ended up staying 40 minutes past the stores closing time to get my vehicle all fixed up. During that time, the service advisor made the time go by extremely fast through just some conversation, and I could tell that this shop actually cares about its customers. While driving home, I noticed that the brakes felt extremely smooth, and any mush in the pedal has been eliminated. Those technicians did a fantastic job! And the service advisor was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this shop, and will continue going to them for any needs with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I can only give 5/5 stars, but the crew working today deserves way more! Very satisfied today.

  The service writers get 4 stars because I think they do try to help but this place is crippled by their technicians. I don’t know why there are so many good ratings I really think that’s suspicious. In my experience of coming here three times for service, I was only able to get service one time, and my car left with a worse alignment than it came in. In those three visits, parts were ordered a day in advance and I was assured twice (hence two other visits) that they’d had the parts but they didn’t. I ended up just doing the work myself and bringing it in for an alignment. I waited about four hours and for two of those hours the car was on the alignment rack while the tech seemed to struggle despite being a new front end. I have no idea what actually happens here but my car left with a worse alignment than what it came in with. I saw a woman crying in the lobby here because she had an appointment and waited five hours only for them to come out and tell her the were about to START working on her car. She protested and said she had an appointment and had been waiting five hours and had to leave. Hopefully her brakes held up. I saw others angry because their car hadn’t moved in hours or others who were promised the work could be done only to be told sorry we can’t do it after they waited a bunch of hours. I will never return to this place again. This has been the worst experience of any place and I truly believe all these positive reviews should be investigated by Google. If you’re reading this, I would not believe their overwhelmingly positive reviews.
