  We got new tires and were recommended to come here for an alignment. They checked if we needed an alignment and explained that our car was already within specs. Very professional and the staff made sure they explained things in a way we could understand. We're very happy with our experience.

  They are awesome. The replaced a couple of missing brake caliper bolts for me at no charge. I will definitely come back and have the recommended rear shocks replaced soon.

  I went in about a week ago for an exhaust leak and brake change. I explained to the guys that I suspected I had cracked my exhaust manifold on the passenger side. I specifically said to drive it down the road and you'll hear it. You couldn't hear it on start up or just idling. After about 2 hours they had me come look at the smoke test and explained that I had an exhaust leak but wasn't where I suspected. I again explained to them that this isn't what I was talking about that they needed to drive it and listen to it. I honestly don't think they did but they claimed they found it and it was my gasket that was bad and to bring it back the next day. The next day came and I dropped the truck off around 8 a.m. Around noon I got a call that their lift had broke and my truck was on it. I didn't mind and appreciated the update. Around 6 p.m. get a call that they were having other issues with the bolts and what not sitting flush and they would need a little time the next day to complete. The next day came and they explained they were done that they did the best they could and the noise was still there but better than when I brought it in. That being said he drew up a quote to replace the manifold with "no labor charge" if I wasn't satisfied. This was going to be $650. O'Reillys part price $161. I drove away and immediately heard the same noise as before if not slightly worse than before. I decided to go somewhere else after already wasting $1,200 and 2 days with them trying to fix the problem. The new guy trusted me and immediately drove the truck and agreed that the noise and everything I mentioned sounded logical. He found the problem which was a cracked exhaust manifold. GO FIGURE! Also with parts AND labor was going to cost me the same as Brakes Plus price without labor. I'm not sure why they didn't trust me from the start. I now believe this is something well above their head and shouldn't even offer more than brake services or simple maintenance. Maybe they're lying and taking advantage of their customers. Idk but my opinion is don't go here unless it's for brakes or minor maintenance and even then I'd be skeptical. UPDATE: The mechanic notified me upon pick-up that the incompetent mechanic that worked on it used silicone on the gasket and got cooked into the head. They also said there were 3 bolts loose and were surprised they were still there.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

  I came in to brakes plus very please with how everything turned out. Got me in quick on a Saturday when they were super busy. Go see John he’s a good guy and he will help you out. Thank you for being quick and got my tires rotation and an oil change. Fantastic
