  Workers were super nice and helpful. The workers also seemed to perhaps be understaffed and spread thin. Being quoted for me to wait upwards of 2 hours for an inspection that takes 15 mins is insane- especially when you have 2 inspectors on staff and 1 actively working on servicing vehicles… hope this location gets the love it deserves in staffing as otherwise, great experience.

  They're able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs quickly. I've been there 4 times for repairs and they've gotten my car fixed the same day. One time they even took me home and picked me up when car was done, because it was going to take several hours to fix my car.

  I recommend this location for any car service especially with the oil change and free inspection. Daniel was my service advisor and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional to help me with my oils change. Not only he did the service in best possible manner but he explained the things needed and not pressure to do any additional stuff along with oil change.

  Stopped by to have my brakes & rotors checked. Thought I was going to have to pay an arm & a leg to get them replaced but honestly it was way cheaper than I thought it would be. Danial was real cool & went over everything in detail, even let me one of my tires were in terrible shape. Definitely appreciate him showing me that cause my tire could have blown at any moment. If you need any kind brake service these guys know what they’re doing.

  I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but am finally writing a review after several poor experiences. Came to this location for the first time to get an oil change. It took almost 2 hours for me to get my oil changed with zero communication about the length of time or the delay when I requested, which was very unfortunate because I had my young child with me and had to wait with the vehicle. The person who worked at the register was very friendly, but zero communication and took entirely too long. the next time I needed an oil change I made an appointment thinking that this would solve the wait time issue. I I come in give them my car and it takes over an hour and a half before they even pull my car to the back to start working despite having an appointment. I wound up being there for over three hours however, I did also have them change my brakes so that could be part of the delay however, it took entirely too long for my vehicle to even get pulled given that I had an appointment. For those two bad experiences, I didn’t wanna go there again, but I still needed to get two more brakes replaced and my car inspected so while we took my husband‘s truck to go get his oil changed in a different location I dropped my car off for an oil change and the additional two brakes to be replaced. This was on a weekday. It took four hours before my car was ready. I go to pick it up. I get my receipt and I don’t find out until a few days later that I didn’t get my emissions receipt and I wasn’t able to register my vehicle with the state and after back-and-forth communication for several days, it was an error with their machine, but I was never told on that first day that there were errors and I ended up having to get a refund on the emissions test. The only reason I’m not giving them a one star is because every person that I spoke with or dealt with was nice and friendly every single time.
