  This is the first time I’ve actually felt like I was getting what I needed, not what they were trying to sell me. Casey took the time to show me exactly where and why my rotors needed to be replaced, which I really appreciated. He was kind and informative. I never felt intimidated or pressured like I have at other places. The manager, Joshua, was also incredibly kind and helpful. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our car problems and making sure it was safe to drive, while also taking into account what we could do in the moment. The whole experience was a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back, and if you’re looking for people you can trust, ask for Casey or Joshua!

  If I could give this place 100 stars I would! They were very friendly, extremely efficient, more cost-effective than all of the other places I looked into. They are not trying to upsell you. They will give you every coupon they have available and talk you through it every step of the way they saved me hundreds of dollars today. THANK YOU!!!

  My Altinator Belt slipped off and Josh the GM of the store ensured my belt was removed and replaced along with the replacement of the Altinator. His customer service was stellar and I will surely tell a friend about the service that I experienced from the entire staff. Thank you Josh for taking the time to take a ride with me to make sure my vehicle was running correctly and to ensure my absolute satisfaction. You went above and beyond!!!

  Been a customer since they opened about 4 years ago an employee misdiagnosed my car and after going through the recommended repair process they will not acknowledge the mistake. I hope Josh the store manager and Deon the regional manager get their story straight before the upcoming lawsuit next February. Would not recommend.

  I had an excellent experience at Brakes Plus thanks to Josh! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and honest about what my vehicle needed. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the repairs. The service was fast, the communication was outstanding, and my car is running great. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and Josh truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Brakes Plus and especially Josh if you’re looking for someone you can trust. Thank you for making the whole experience stress-free!
