  Can never say enough good things about this team. I came 30 minutes after close to pick up my car and they waited for me, that’s customer service. These people are dedicated, and honestly just straight up GOOD PEOPLE. That’s hard to come by these days. Shout out to Gus, Robert, James and the entire team at brakes plus. Thanks you guys for always making me delighted to return

  UPDATE: John the manager contacted me and explained that theres a lot of new training going on. That I should not of been charged and set everything right. That was a good way to do business when they could of just kept it as it was. Thank you! Went for alignment. Told they cant do camber and caster. That I need a specialty shop. Still charged me for an alignment. Told me they cant print the paper for it. Drives just like it did before I took it in.

  100% SCAM ARTISTS. My spouse went into this store today for an oil change and to have her brakes checked. The tech finished the job and told my wife that the break pads were fine (Front 5mm & Back 8mm) and they did not need to be replaced, but they could do the front if she wanted, so my wife asked for a quote. The young man came back and the quote were for all four pads. My wife stated that she had only asked for a quote for the fronts. Then out of nowhere the manager shows up and states that the tech didn't explain things correctly and that all four pads needed to be replaced and that if she did not do it now, that she would have to replace the rotors. Very Disappointed in Breaks Plus...

  As soon as I walked in, Dominic greeted me and asked what I needed done. I was here for a simple brake inspection, and it turned out to be pretty bad. He gave me a fair and honest quote, and insisted to get the work done and make my vehicle safe to drive again. I appreciate his knowledge and all of the great staff at this location. Will recommend to everyone!

  I brought my vehicle here for brake work and , the squealing didn’t stop completely after changing all rotors and pads. I brought the vehicle back to be checked and was told the rotors just have to “wear in”, which is fine but I also had another issue from my first visit. During the original brake change visit, someone on staff reset my oil maintenance light without actually performing an oil change. I brought this issues to their attention, they refused to take full accountability. Rather than taking ownership of the technician's mistake and making it right for free, they offered me a discount to fix their own error. Expecting a customer to pay anything out of pocket to correct the shop's own mistake is completely unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for reliable service and honest accountability.
