Needed a front end alignment and the tech took the time to drive it to ensure it tracked 100% straight. I couldn't be happier with the work I had done her. I definitely will be back for any automotive needs that arise

They helped me continue to be on the road yesterday. My car had been stalling off and on the way home from work and I stopped there and had them take a look at it.

(Second visit, used a different email to review) I’ve been to Brakes Plus before for a state inspection, but this was my first time having my rear brake pads replaced there. Ten out of ten great experience! After a bad experience with Fort Worth Nissan, Ryan, Sweet, and Dominique really went above and beyond. They were all amazing service reps, professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress free after I had a long and stressful week. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and will definitely continue coming back. I highly recommend Brakes Plus!

I was so surprised how fast my brakes got changed, because of how great Joshua and his team were. I was disappointed with Sun Auto after they told me that they could not change my breaks by the end of today, after telling me it was initially going to be done within 3 hours at my appointment and then turned away when I got there. But when I met Josh at the Brakes Plus counter, he really helped ease that stress with getting my brakes checked and the price it would cost. I wasn’t sure what I needed to do, but I asked for a simple brake and rotor check and he told me about another option that no one had ever told me about, but because of his transparency and want to help me out, I went forward with a full brake pad and rotor service. I’m so grateful and glad I did. Josh and his team got to work FAST and he told me that he could get me finished up within an hour and a half, at most. They were done before the hour was up. It really made me feel blessed to have met Joshua, and I really recommend coming to this Brakes Plus location. It was nice and easy to give them my vehicle and wait in the lobby until it was done. After comparing prices with other locations and working with different, rough prices, I’m glad I settled with this competitive price. It definitely was worth it. And I still have the rest of my day to look forward to. Thanks Josh!

The manager Joshua and his employee Ryan were outstanding. They performed superior work and provided excellent customer service. They were patient, professional, courteous, detailed, and even provided me with a Veteran discount. Fantastic experience! Thank you all. I will be coming back and referring many more people to your location.
