  Excellent service from Raymond! I called Brakes Plus for a quote after being told at another big name chain that it would cost me $600 for front pads and rotors (absolutely not). Raymond took care of me from our phone conversation through the completion of the work. You've got a repeat customer in me.

  I won't spill the whole story, but definitely this shop is not for mechanical repairs outside of brakes and simple oil changes. I won't recommend it for repairs that require experts with actual mechanical experience.

  Fantastic experience at this location! I had some questions about services and how things worked and everyone was super helpful and kind, making sure my questions were answered and that I had a full understanding of everything! I will absolutely be returning in the future!

  Went to this location to get my AC looked at and possibly recharged. They informed us it was going to be 1.5-2 hour wait and that they could get us in at 3pm. We left took our 4 kids to lunch and returned at 3pm for our appointment. We then were told it was still going to be await. By 415pm after waiting we packed up. Next time if you're that backed up don't give someone an appointment and tell them to come back only to not get them in or even communicate " you're better off making an appointment for another day, we probably won't get to you today."
