I was very happy that they were able to diagnose an improper part and replace it. I did deduct one star for their pricing. I am not opposed to paying for a job well done. They did charged me a considerable fee for an inspection of about everything on the vehicle that I did not feel like I needed and certainly did not ask for. That seem to be non negotiable before they would even look at it. Additionally, there appears pricing on one piece of paper for programing. On another piece of paper there were two charges for programing. When I questioned it I was shown the single charge paper. It seemed like some kind of razzle dazzle to me. Honestly, I was so delighted that they solved the problem that I just happily paid without further wrangling. I will keep them in mind for future service.
