I asked if anyone else inside could change it and he told me to park my car closer to the store while he asked. I came in about 2 minutes later and he was already behind his register and told me no one at the store could replace my battery. Mind you, I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Pic attached is a google photo but looks exactly like my battery placement. I later came back (I had a one hour break to figure all of this out) to simply purchase the battery because I knew my battery would not last till the next day. I jumped my car and drove back home and thankfully the Autozone near my house was easily able to replace it within ten minutes! What I truly find crazy is that at the time that I returned to purchase the battery a different gentleman that had just came in from replacing a battery (within the same shift!) told me there should have not been an issue in this store that “nobody” could have replaced it. Unfortunately, I was in a time crunch and the end of my hour and could not have this gentleman replace my battery in time.. Only upset because my time was wasted trying to find someone near who could replace it before it died while this whole time there was someone in the same store who could have helped me, if the original man actually had asked around.. 🙄
