  Came in for a battery test and left disappointed. The old gentleman was rude, didn’t seem interested in helping, and told me he couldn’t do it because it was “too hard.” If a store advertises free battery testing, customers should be able to expect basic assistance and respectful service. I don’t mind hearing “no” if there’s a legitimate reason, but attitude and customer service matter. I’ll be taking my business to another location in the future.

  I went in this morning for a new battery and met Barry C . Barry not only helped me with that but also saved my car! While he was helping me with my battery he had taken a look at the coolant as well and it was almost empty. I had just come back last week from the dealership for an oil change where they let me drive off with no coolant. Had it not be for Barry my car may not be working. I will continue to come to the auto zone and hope Barry is there every time!

  Myron at Autozone off Heritage Trace in Fort Worth is a rockstar! I bought a battery, he put in the new battery, then tested the old battery. Told me the old battery tested as good and then put the old battery back in and returned the new battery for me without complaint. He was polite and gave me options, even the ones that dictated more work for him. AutoZone off Heritage Trace, ask for Myron. He is awesome!

  Stopped by to get my battery checked by the young blonde gentleman. I then turned around to just get it bought and installed. Logan had a difficult time trying to install it but he did it fast and didn’t seem frustrated with the whole situation. Thank you, great customer service by all three young men that were there today.

  Had two cashiers working the night of 6/8 and six people waiting to check out. I waited at least five minutes before I was called up to do my return. I bought four items at another AutoZone Location, and since one wasn't in the system, they had to do a custom input for it. Well, Paul had zero clue how to initiate a refund for it. So he separated my transaction, refunded me three items, then wasted ten minutes of my time trying to input this "mystery item" (which took the other store two seconds to input). I explained that the other store made it a custom item, but he couldn't wrap his head around that concept apparently. I finally said, "forget it, I don't want to hold up the line any longer," and left. It felt like this location had very incompetent employees who didn't care about their customers' time. Now I have to drive to ANOTHER AutoZone just to return this ONE item when I could have returned all four here. The "We're Hiring" sign out front spoke volumes. Also, went back to the original store, and the cashier there knew exactly what to do with my super difficult next-to-impossible item (a spray can). Not that hard.
