Went in to test Ram batteries. Nehesha tested them and found out we needed to put a full charge on them before testing again. Put it overnight charge on them and came back and tested to find out they were both dead. Does the service was great on both trips. I was a little disappointed that AutoZone didn't offer me any kind of discount or sale on any battery items. That has nothing to do with the staff that has only to do with the company. Service was great!

Logien and Barry were my hero’s today. I came in after being stranded with a bad car battery and they provided over the top service and quick installation of a new battery to get me back on the road. The level of respect and service by the store manager and his team is 5 stars. That’s hard to come by these days so thank you for your care and commitment to your customers.

Went in for battery check after having to get my battery jumped off nearby at another retail store. Brady helped me. He was helpful and patient as it was so HOT that evening! Other people had come in also for battery issues. He got me taken care of quickly and had my battery replaced in about 5 min or less. He never once showed any frustration or attitude and that’s rare these days! I’m very grateful for his help.

Yeah absolutely the worst experience this store made a mistake and left it for another store to clean up their mess. They returned my part in their system when it was NOT returned. Sounds like someone is doing some shady stuff and doesnt want to own up to it. I literally had the part in my hand and unfortunately I moved 5 hours away and their only advice was to drive 5 hours back and they'd fix it. Instead of calling the store we were at to resolve an issue THEY caused. And the store manager was the one who said nope not doing it. Literally the worst store I have ever been to for an autozone.

This is the least helpful AutoZone there is in this Metroplex. They had the doors locked at 9:45 when they close at 10:00 I tell them my husband is on the side of the road and we just need one part they would barely even open the door and then they didn't even want to try to find the right part. They need new management and the man with the accent needs to be fired. Extremely poor customer service. If you have the option to go to a different one I definitely would they won't be getting our business anymore.
