I want to give credit where it’s due: Veronica Martinez, Parts/Sales Manager at AutoZone Store #6716, has always provided excellent customer service. She was professional, helpful, and immediately willing to make things right when we brought this issue to her attention. She is the only reason for any stars. Unfortunately, the experience with Store Manager Edgar Cruz was the complete opposite. We purchased a battery from this location 7 months ago along with anti-corrosion battery terminal rings. The original installation was already subpar because the battery wasn’t even properly tightened down by the employee who installed it. Fast forward 7 months, and the negative terminal was heavily corroded. When we returned to the store, Veronica immediately said they would take care of it and even instructed Edgar to replace the anti-corrosion rings. Instead of properly fixing the issue, Edgar simply sprayed anti-corrosion spray over the existing corrosion and old rings without cleaning the terminal or replacing anything. That is not the proper process. Basic battery maintenance requires cleaning the corrosion thoroughly before applying protective spray. Applying spray over existing corrosion can actually trap moisture and worsen the problem over time. Edgar also incorrectly told us that the anti-corrosion spray needs to be reapplied every 6 months. That is false. Battery anti-corrosion felt rings are specifically designed to last for the life of the battery unless they become damaged or degraded. They are intended to continuously provide corrosion protection with zero maintenance once installed correctly. The issue here is not just poor workmanship, but also misinformation and laziness from a store manager who should know better. Extremely disappointed in the lack of effort and professionalism. I believe the store would be better served by promoting Veronica to store manager and relocating Edgar elsewhere.

Horrible experience. This is the third time they’ve given my husband the wrong part. Auto parts are already expensive, and mistakes like this cost customers time and money. This is getting out of control. They really need to hire employees who know what they’re doing and pay closer attention to what customers actually need.

Caleb was an awesome associate who went above and beyond and helped me replace a front light in a 2012 Kia Soul. He was very respectful and despite me coming on Easter Sunday he changes the old buld and was a true gentleman. Wish i got this kind of customer service at other retailers like Walmart. A++

I was low on oil on my way to work so I stopped into this Autozone location. The entrance is a little tricky, I actually passed it and pulled into the church next door and had to turn back around onto the road and then try it again but from the other direction. Its a busier location, but I was also there around 3pm or 4pm. I just needed some oil. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help. They sent me to the correct location. Found what I needed, waited in line for a few minutes, probably around 5 or 6 minutes. The guy was nice and asked if I needed help, there were other employees helping people out in the parking lot. Filled my car up with oil and I was on my way. Im glad they were there.
