★★★★★ I went to AutoZone today because my car wasn’t starting properly and sounded sluggish when I tried to start it. Mike P. assisted me, and once again, he provided outstanding customer service. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. What I really appreciate about him is that he doesn’t just try to sell you something. He listens to the problem, helps figure out what’s going on, and either helps resolve it or points you in the right direction to get it taken care of. Mike has helped me several times with different car-related issues, including headlights, windshield wipers, lug nuts, and now starting/battery concerns. Every time I come in, he is patient, professional, and genuinely customer-oriented. It’s always a pleasure interacting with Mike P. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

Michael, Michael, Michael!!!! He’s the man! He is one of the store managers. I’ve been shopping at this location for several years since moving to the area. Today, I had an issue with my 2018 Chevy Silverado. It would not start, and I had no dash lights, no radio, no headlights, etc. But….. it was intermittent. I had replaced the battery about a month ago, so I was confused. I called the store and Michael helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. The battery had almost 13 volts as measured with my meter at the battery posts. However, when measured at the terminals I had less than 4 volts. I sent Michael a pic and he immediately identified that I had some red battery terminal protectant on there that was affecting my voltage to the truck, essentially acting as an insulator. I removed the terminals and cleaned them and both battery posts and BOOM the truck started right up. Michael is the best! THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR EXPERIENCE!!!! Management, give Michael a raise!
