I have been a customer with auto zone a long time and I have never once left a review. Today I came across an employee Kris which shouldn't be a member of your team. I manage 132 employee for a large company and this guy should not have anything to do with the public. He was very rude in more ways than one. I still bought what I came in for because I was not going to lower my standards to his. But we as consumers we have plenty of places to shop, but if you are choosing to spend my money, I expect some respect and above and beyond service and not the total disrespect and disregard to my needs as a customer. Rudeness is not the recipe to a successful business. He needs to revisit the courtesy and respect portion or his hiring orientation because he has forgotten after he got hired
