I don’t usually write reviews, but Pablo at AutoZone truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and always had a smile on his face. He went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my car and even helped me get a few extra things I didn’t know I needed, definitely a great seller haha! What really stood out was his attitude and customer service. He made the whole experience easy and welcoming, and it’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. Because of Pablo, I will definitely be coming back. Please give Pablo the recognition he deserves. Maybe some of his teammates can learn a thing or two from him, not saying anyone else is bad, but Pablo truly sets the bar high when it comes to customer service.

If Auto Zone were a person, it would be Eric! I recently stopped into this location needing some parts. Eric went above and beyond to help me even though I squeezed in minutes before they closed. He handled all of my needs and even went the extra mile to find me a location for the parts they didn’t have in stock. He worked through my whole list—and even when parts weren't in stock at this location, he found the nearest store to my home and gave me the part numbers.
