- EVEnrique VillaJun 14, 20261.0Five dryers and three washers two of which are out of service, and the network for contact less payment is down as well. went to purchase an item to get cash back for quarters and was informed AFTER my purchase that they dont do cash back at the register causing me to have to pay a five dollar atm fee for cash just to pay for an already expensive wash this laundry room needs an absurd amount of attention immediately!!.....and fix the beeping smoke alarm.
- JKJackie KrollJun 10, 20261.0I parked for a shower only to open the door to a dirty shower room. Trash and hair in the toilet and someone else's dirty towels. I went to the front to ask for a different shower only to be told a maintenance man was sent to fix the problem. Nothing. I was left just standing waiting because they only have one guy named Josh actually working. He tried his best to help me, while the maintenance man was utterly useless. Manager had to go explain to the maintenance man the situation, after he cleaned the shower I'd be able to use it. Why did the the idiot maintenance man close the door and tell me to try my code? I told him it timed out, it wont work anymore. He said I'd have to talk to the manager. Manager tells me to tell him that it's fine just unlock it for me, so I do. Maintenance man says he need to check with the manager. I finally get to shower, but theres still trash and hair in the toilet. The incompetence is just amazing
