  Despite getting a 3” Lag Screw in my Tire - taking my truck to this Mavis location was a great experience. Shop went above and beyond to make sure my tire was patched / made ready so I could get back on the road headed home.

  I was in Forney for an appointment and my tire pressure was showing low. I didn’t want to get on the highway to go back home with a tire problem. I looked on the internet for tire repair and Mavis was the closest to me. Thank goodness! They are the nicest people I believe I’ve ever dealt with. They got me in right away and fixed the problem. Everyone was so kind and courteous.

  Tire pressure light came on while heading out of town and neither Walmart or autozone would help me. Pulled into Mavis and they were so kind to take care of the nail even though they were about to close. I almost started crying when they said they could help me. Also, they were able to find and fix the nail in like 30 minutes. SO THANKFUL.

  I made two 8 o’clock appointments this morning for oil change and tire rotation. It is now 1:15 and I’ll still waiting for one of the vehicles. I asked the service guy what’s the purpose of making appointments when they are not used. The service guy said they schedule four people for each out. I informed him that two of the 8 o’clock were mine, why am I still waiting. They have just lost my business. If you see this get ready to wait even with the appointment. My rating is a -5

They completed the service promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they showed in making sure everything was done correctly.
