  Service was rude and short and absolutely NO HELP what so ever… pretty sure his name was Jason.. We don’t know about tires.. that’s your job. So when you tell your customer to look at the screen “pick your tire” that does no good for anyone. When we asked What’s the difference with them? “Well you just pick one” it’s dismissive. Had to get out of line to do our own research. Then when asking about warranty you say we have to call the manufacturer ourselves and figure it out? What?? We’re asking if we get a nail/replacement/need a patch will you all fix it.. will NOT be back. Even if we need a fix or anything done. Lost customers for sure cause we will make sure others know about the terrible service. Ridiculous.

  Had a tire and a damaged valve stem repaired here today, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and clearly know what they’re doing. I was there about couple of hours, so it wasn’t a quick in-and-out, but they didn’t charge me for the repair, which I really appreciated! I’d recommend calling ahead to check on wait times and pricing since your situation may vary. Would definitely come back for future tire needs and recommend them to anyone nearby.

  I had a wonderful experience! The staff (Alfred & Tim) was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The service was fast, and they made the entire process quick and easy without sacrificing quality. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a business that is efficient and cares about its customers.   I got a flat repair today and had a phenomenal experience. Despite the wait, the staff kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Since I know it was busy today. Alfred, the technician who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The quality of the repair was excellent, and I felt confident in the safety of my vehicle afterward. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for their great service and professional team!

  Had great experiences during the week, every time I’ve been to Mavis on the weekend the weekend manager has lied to us. I had an appointment for 4 brand new tires had my fiancé sit there for 2 hours before telling her they couldn’t do it. Whatever we got it done during the week. Came in today to get a plug in a tire was told 30mins. Sure I’ll wait they’ve proceeded to do 3 other jobs that have just showed up while I’ve been waiting in the parking lot for an hour now. I won’t be back. They need to find some better people to work on the weekend. I went to the O’Reillys right next door bought a plug and installed it myself. Took me 5 mins I didn’t even remove the wheel.
