  Service sucked!!! I had a 10am appointment for 2 tires and an alignment. I called around 2p and front desk said that he would expedite the service. So I showed up at 2:30p and they were just then pulling it into the alignment bay. Mind you, CS didn’t even try to make it right. So 4 hours before they even started on my car even though I had a 10am appointment. This is not the service I want to pay for. So I do not recommend Mavis to anyone, and this was my first time going. Extremely disappointed!!!

  I was very pleased with the service and being kept informed regarding the status of my vehicle. They also discovered a couple additional issues I was not aware of. When going to pick up my vehicle, I discovered a low tire due to a nail, which they also fixed on the spot. I appreciate Jason and their manager who were friendly and courteous in their interaction with the customer.

  I don't normally post reviews... only when a place is extremely good or extremely bad. In this case, the Mavis team was helpful, courteous, and well-priced. I have a blown tire on our trailer as well and you can be certain we'll be getting it replaced at Mavis! Thanks guys!

  I came here to get two new front tires. As soon as I drove off, my car started pulling to the right. I went back, and instead of giving me a clear explanation, the employee took me to the back and pointed out a few adjustments he claimed to have made, saying that sometimes cars “just do that.” About a month later, I went to Discount Tire for a second opinion. They switched the tires, and the pull immediately changed to the opposite direction. That helped confirm the issue was actually a defective tire. Thanks to them, I was able to pinpoint the real problem something that should have been identified from the start.

  Big shout out to ALFRED for amazing customer service!! I came in because I thought I needed a flat repair which turns out I did not...just valve stem needed to be fix. They fixed my valve stem and since I was in need of two front tires I decided get a quote. Alfred worked with me on the pricing and gave me all my options for the best tires that worked in my budget. I ended up getting a full set of tires and wheel alignment and they also helped me out with my tail light...which they did not have to do. Now try to catch them on a slow day, if you can because when you have great customer service like they do it does get a little busy but they will keep you updated every step of the way. Thank you Alfred and Ryan for helping me out today...I will be back!!!
