  All the employees were great from the beginning of my service i was highly satisfied. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name thag did all the numbers for me but the line tech Anthony was amazing. Keep up the great work

  I recently visited the Jiffy Lube in Forney and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. When I first arrived, I asked for the estimated wait time and was told it would be about 30–35 minutes. Since that seemed reasonable, I decided to wait. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked for an update and was told it would only be another five minutes. Instead, it ended up taking an additional 10 minutes. I completely understand that delays happen, but I stayed based on the expectation that the service would not take nearly an hour before my car was even worked on. Once they finally started on my vehicle, the young man assisting me pulled out the air filter from inside my glove box and asked if I wanted it replaced for $35. Since I had already invested so much time waiting, I agreed. At checkout, however, my total came out to $185. When I questioned why it was so high, the same employee explained that they had replaced both the air filter and the cabin filter, and said he was sorry if I misunderstood him because “it could’ve been the way he said it.” He also told me the filters were $35 each. At that point, I chose not to argue because the work had already been done and there didn’t seem to be much I could do. After reviewing my receipt, I noticed the cabin filter alone was actually charged at $50.99. Overall, the experience felt misleading and poorly communicated. I understand upselling services is part of the business, but pricing and authorization should be made very clear before any work is completed. Between the inaccurate wait time and the confusion over charges, I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

  I had such an amazing and blessed experience, initially I just went there for just an oil change because their oil changes are wayyy cheaper than Walmart's oil changes, but I left jiffy lube with so much more than just my oil changed! They fixed about 4 - 5 things that was wrong on my car in just under 25-30 minutes, and through their discounts that they generously helped me access, it all still was under the price of the oil change ALONE that walmart provides!!

  My husband and I were in Forney for a Dr appt. Thought we would stop by for a oil change, you know a normal thing to do. Lol Anyway. These guys did an awesome job. They were friendly and professional. There were 3-4 cars ahead of us but the were able to.. 1. Change oil and filter 2. Repair corroded battery terminals 3. Do emissions All of this was completed in under an hour. This will be our new to go to location when we drive up from Kaufman.
