His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were on another level. Sam didn’t just “do his job” he made the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free. He took time to explain everything clearly, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and handled everything with a calm, respectful attitude the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just transactions. Honestly, this is the kind of service that makes you want to come back every time. Sam sets the standard for what customer service should look like. Enterprise is lucky to have him.

The interaction was disgusting and they raised their voice at me and my grandma and accused us of creating a problem when I called them out. They threatened to call the police on my 84 year old grandma that’s disabled and that we could take our business elsewhere if we didn’t like that they didn’t have cars. I mean yeah??? If there’s no cars that kind of the point!

The Forney location had gotten really bad with customer service. My experience here use to be great until I dealt with the assistant manager a few times. Her name is Madison. This lady is rude and has a bad attitude. Bad customer service and no value for the customer. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.
