  They are out here doing their best. Make sure to schedule during a non-busy time. Also note, they will charge you a $300 deposit even if you use a credit card and the online system says it will only be the rental rate. Not an issue if you have it but, ultimately that can catch some folks off guard. They got a ton of folks renting, but not a ton of folks checking people in.

  I had an accident and needed a rental car. Enterprise of Forney was located right behind Caliber Collision which made pick up and drop off so easy! The guys working were so friendly and helpful! I appreciated their quick work getting me into a vehicle that was right for me and the fluent process for turning that vehicle back in. Helpful and kind! Go see them! Kim Koonce

  We should have checked the reviews before using this location. A One star review is too generous for this place. We booked 15 passenger vans a month ahead of time for a large group for the weekend. We also confirmed a few days ahead of time that they would be ready. One of the drivers was given a 12 passenger van and they tried to give us an 11 passenger van. The van wasn't cleaned before and wasn't ready. It caused a lot of delay and didnt work out for the large group. We had to xl and return the van. I would suggest using a different company and/or definitely not the Forney location. Our 1st and last time at this place.

  Sam was amazing! Great energy, very helpful and accommodating but above all professional. It was a pleasure working with him. Enterprise! Give this man a raise… anyone who represents you the way this man does deserves cudos. Thank you Sam! Until next time.

  I’ve had numerous excellent experiences with Enterprise and was genuinely impressed by the efficiency, customer service, and professionalism of the entire office. From start to finish, the environment was comfortable and welcoming, and the team made the rental process smooth and stress-free. Manager Sam deserves special recognition for setting a high standard for how the office is run. His leadership is evident in the professionalism of the team and the overall atmosphere of the location. He consistently demonstrates respect, patience, and professionalism, including an impressive ability to de-escalate situations when needed while ensuring everyone is treated with courtesy. Cliff was also exceptional—respectful, dedicated, and clearly committed to providing great customer service. His professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Victor, their newest employee, was diligent, thorough, and attentive throughout the process. He took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and demonstrated a strong commitment to doing his job well. This location is a great example of what customer service should look like: efficient, polite, respectful, and welcoming. Sam has built and maintained a strong team, and Cliff and Victor are excellent reflections of that standard. Definitely a 5-star experience!
