  Fast and easy process. Sam goes above and beyond, really friendly and really knowledgeable about what he does. You can tell he's got a lot to drive and a lot of love for his job. Definitely be using them again in the future just because Sam had such a great attitude.

  The vehicle was ok overall just the fuel consumption was horrible. At the end of the rental day before we had to turn it in the vehicle started sounding like a racecar and did notify enterprise of the issue but there were no other vehicles available for swap so we did finish the trip. Overall good experience.

  This location is the worst. It is very busy and it is never enough workers. This location needs to be staffed properly. The guys in here be running around trying to answer phones, hurry up and rush cars through the car wash . It’s always more customers than cars . Something needs to be looked into here. I used this location due to it was who the insurance went through. If you come here be prepared for an extended wait. While I was in the lobby waiting, people were bringing back cars due to oil light on ,battery light on, car dirty. It’s not the workers, I believe the workers are doing the best they can but I can’t believe Enterprise is conducting business in this way. I will not use this company again.

  The pickup location was closed on Sunday. I needed to drop off the rental SUV on Sunday. I didn't need the rental for another day (Monday). The Enterprise location that was open on Sunday arranged with the pickup location for me to drop off at the open location. Thanks Enterprise for making my trip less stressful. Thanks to management for working with me.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. Having a reservation apparently means nothing here. Despite having a confirmed reservation with not one, but two confirmations. I was told there was no reservation in the system. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I felt like I was being given excuses. What makes this even more frustrating is the excessive wait time. Even with a reservation, customers should expect to wait at least an hour before getting a vehicle. This location is not understaffed; there were plenty of employees present. The issue appears to be inefficient operations and poor customer service, not a lack of personnel. A reservation should reserve a vehicle and help streamline the rental process, not leave customers standing around for an hour while being told their reservation doesn’t exist. Enterprise needs to improve its operational efficiency, reduce customer wait times, and be honest with customers when mistakes happen. I chose Enterprise because I expected reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience was neither. I would think twice before renting from this location again.
