  Drive home at night front Colorado so my car was covered in bugs. They took the extra time to spray and scrub to get them off!

  Consistently one of the best cat washes I’ve been to in the area. The truck looks great, towels are always stocked, and equipment like the vacuums are always functioning. Staff has been nice, professional, and attentive every time for anything needed.

  Beto is the GM here and is amazing! They do a great job and provide a great clean. When it was teacher appreciation week at my daughter’s school, Beto was all in. He helped provide washes for the teachers, even when we offered to buy them. The customer service is above and beyond compared to other car washes in the area.

  Deceptive business practices. Several months ago, I took my car in to be washed. When I pulled up to where you pay, I was greeted by a woman who offered to help me, which I appreciated because this was my first time using this car wash. She told me about a deal they had for $25-I could get my car washed as many times as I wanted to in the next 30 days. This was around Christmas, and it sounded like a seasonal promotion. I agreed to it. I just discovered, five months and $160 later, that I have been charged $40 month for a membership plan. The woman never said that this was a membership. I had read the brochure she handed me that advertised a membership plan, but not that I had just signed up for one. When I called to cancel my membership and get a refund, I was told before I even asked that they have a no refund policy. Which makes me think I was not the only person caught in this trap.

  This place is advertised as open from 07:30-18:30, which is wild because half the time I try to go to the wash, it's closed. Went at 9:33 this morning and it was closed. Why should I pay for a membership that doesn't provide the level of service that's advertised? I ended up going to another ash not even a mile away since ALL of the other washed on Justin Rd were open. Do better.
