  I went into Mavis tire with a piece of metal in one of my tires. They promptly got my vehicle in their shop patched my tire and had it out in no time at all. On top of that they didn’t charge me a dime. I had not purchased the tire there nor had I been to their tire shop before. I will certainly go to them for all of my tire needs in the future. Great service and friendly atmosphere!! AAAA ++++ service!!

  Keelan was awesome! Spent the time on the phone and in person making sure all appropriate discounts were in place for my new tires. He was very kind and patient throughout the process. Much appreciated!!

  Excellent experience with my most recent installation of 4 new tires - spoke with the national Mavis call center to confirm pricing and appointment - then worked with the local staff in Flower Mound Renford was great to work with and very knowledgeable on additional items (TPMS sensors) I needed. Techs were fast and efficient arrived at 9:15 and done by 11am - Highly Recommend this store!

  Beware of this location!! Such a bad experience at NTB now changing its name to Mavi Tires. Firstly, the guy wouldn’t print a quote till you pay I guess to hide the charges. Discount Tire and Firestone for sure will be cheaper than them. My tire indicator or dash stops working after changing tires there..went back and the response is it’s an old car the fuse went off so replace all 4 of them for $$ . What about the fact it was working fine till you changed the tires. Crickets!!! Very disappointed. Only reason I gave them a try it was Sunday and they were open.
