At the counter, they had a price list showing different types of engine oil and prices by types. I told them I was there for an oil change, and the lady, super curt, just scribbled something down and asked if I’d wait. I said yes. I expected her to ask what type of oil I wanted, but instead she just told me to wait and didn’t ask anything. So I sat there, waiting. Then she said it’s done and charged me $200. $200 for an oil change? Without asking me anything? Well the receipt says it’s “full synthetic,” but then the next oil change interval they gave me is only 3,000 miles. Seriously—do they think I’m an idiot? I also had a 20% discount coupon, so I asked if I could use it. She said no because it’s not a “recommended service.” Yeah, fine—apparently that’s written in tiny letters somewhere in the coupon. Take your $200 and get lost. I’m never going back there again.
