  These guys and gals deserve a standing ovation. I work in the industry and was very concerned dealing with a body shop based on what I have seen in past. This shop did an incredible job on the repair and the customer service was more than I could have ever expected. Highly recommend using this body shop for anything from large to small repairs.   I can’t say enough good things about Gerber in Flower Mound, specifically Andrea. From start to finish, she went to bat for me multiple times and handled everything with the other drivers insurance company when things got complicated (and they definitely did). What could have been a stressful, frustrating process was made incredibly easy because of their persistence, communication, and professionalism. They kept me in the loop the entire time, fought to make sure things were done the right way, and never made me feel like just another customer. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely has your back like this. 10/10 recommend

  I cannot say enough good things about Gerber Glass and Collision Repair in Flower Mound. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did they repair my accident damage perfectly, but they also stepped in when I was having major issues with insurance and rental car communication. They willingly became the middleman, coordinating everything on my behalf and making what could have been an overwhelming process feel completely seamless. We hit several bumps along the road, and even after their work was completed, I experienced additional car issues that were not caused by them. Despite that, they continued to support us without hesitation. They coordinated another rental, had my car towed to Ford, and—most incredibly—paid for a new battery and covered our rental car costs out of pure kindness. They absolutely did not have to do that, but they did it because they genuinely care about their customers. On top of all of that, when I got my car back, they had detailed it at no charge. As a mom of two crumb-covered kids, my car was a mess, and that thoughtful extra touch of customer service meant more than they probably realized. As a mom navigating a very tight Holiday season financially, they truly have no idea how much their help meant to my family during an incredibly stressful time. It’s rare to find a business that values people over money, but Gerber Flower Mound does exactly that. They are honest, compassionate, and simply good people. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that treats you like a human being—not just a claim number—this is the place.
