  Young store manager is unprofessional. Im not going to waste my time going into detail. Life long customer lost, I’ll never go back.

  Arrived to the store just before 9:00pm looking for a battery for my 2019 corvette ZR1. Bruce Amica was great to work with buying the battery and installing after hours. It’s a real pain to remove the old battery and installing after hours the new battery Bruce helped resolve the loose positive connection when the car would not start and repaired the black wire that measures voltage. The electronics on these cars are very sensitive. Bruce stayed and did a great job on ensuring everything was right even though it was raining. He really helped me fix the issue since I had a race scheduled for Saturday morning. Bruce has earned my business for my automotive needs going forward. Thank you again Bruce.

  There has never been a time that this placed failed to go out of their way to help me. I will never go anywhere else. Mitchell is so good at his job and very kind. What I had been stressed and worried about for a month was fixed in less than 15 minutes. I literally love this store!

  Bruce is extremely unhelpful and unwilling to help customers with their needs. He would rather send business to other stores than look up a part because they close in 15 minuets. Will never return to an auto zone espically this location. Take your business to O’reilly’s.

  I had a small difficulty with my new car, I came to GoZone flower mound and the service, professionalism and care I got was excellent. I appreciate all the help guys, will be visiting when ever I need help with my car.
