  Very satisfied with the brake repair and appreciated the great service I received, especially from Caleb. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. He helped me find the parts I needed, got them ordered, and made it easy to schedule the service once they arrived. My only concern was the condition of my seats when I picked up the car. I normally keep seat covers on my seats to protect them, but when the car was returned, the covers had been removed and the seats and sides were left dirty with marks. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean them, and unfortunately, some of the marks are still there, which was quite disappointing. Other than that, I was happy with the repair and would visit the shop again. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration so future customers don’t have the same experience.

  Found my new spot. Prices seem good and very friendly. Most important thing is I came in there wondering if I needed new brakes and I love hearing a car shop.l say "you got some life on those, you can wait"

  If I could possibly give more than 5 stars I definitely would!! Kaleb( I hope I spelt it right) was absolutely amazing and it’s been a very long time since anyone has treated me as well as he has! As long as he works at the fate location , there is no doubt in my mind I will take my car here for every repair and recommend them to any and everybody!! Thank you Kaleb, your #1 in my book!!

  Had a fantastic experience at brake plus from the awesome environment to the very knowledgeable team there! Trevor and Caleb were the ones who took care of me and walked me through the process!! No up charges! They recommended services in the future if need be! They are definitely here on your side!

  This is my second time to bring my car to get fixed on at this location here in Fate, Texas. Both experiences were very quick! Little to no wait, and the prices were unbeatable. For both of my vehicles, I’ve had my rotors resurfaced which helped tremendously in the cost of things. I was quoted from a competitor $600 to do a job that they did for $250. Caleb followed up with me and consistently offered several appointment options when I couldn’t make it to some. Trever helped me with any questions I had and did a fantastic job at the front end, making it a smooth process. Overall, 10 out of 10, will come back for vehicle maintenance when we need it!
