  I bought a replacement pto clutch for my z930m here 2 months ago and with 6 month warranty since I myself replaced the part if not with them it’s a 12 month warranty. So I took the old clutch in after the fact that I was told only there parts manager could approve the warranty swap out. I was also told he was on vacation I’m guessing for 4 th of July weekend he took advantage of that, well I did what was asked took the part and information that they asked me for. On Monday I had to call and ask for the parts manager to even get a response it was way into the afternoon at this time, well I was welcomed with more investigation of now my mower by asking me for pictures of where the parts manager mounts on to . We kept well communication until I sent him the last picture he wanted only to be ignored there after. So today is Tuesday and I called and asked for this man the parts manager only to find out he just asked for another day off . So this has to be the worst experience I have ever had with united agg and turf here at the farmers branch location. I’m sure I’m going to be called after he decides to get back to work, really should remove him unless his job is to reject expensive warranty claims if so you got your man . Next time please just state online and there no warranty on your parts . I paid double close to triple $600 and something for a pto clutch that go for $250 on Amazon that are exactly the same only we get overcharged for the name John Deere and holding it in stock with warranty because it is a John Deere part. So I have been ripped off by this location by being overcharged and not holding up there wonderful name warranty part claim. I highly recommend just going to Amazon I could of bought 3 of these parts and stored them myself for there high price product and if that wasn’t enough we and I had to deal with there parts manager that’s never there just to ask for pictures and then say it isn’t covered by warranty, I’m sure he gets a bonus for more claims he rejects . Worst experience and wake up call for me not for you parts manager you go back to bed on your many days off.

  Stopped in on a road trip back to Florida. Asked them if they could shoot some grease in my trailer hubs. They were super friendly and didnt charge me a dime. a great dealership with great people

  Walked in. Walked around a very small, what I believe to be, showroom. Not once acknowledged. Bunch of guys talking, in a small doorway. To an office? Walked right out after standing around for 10-15 minutes. I had heard such good things about united AG.... Went to a smaller store down the road. Staff and owner were helpful, and we got what we needed for a much better price. So guess they did me a favor in essence. I would have never found our new place, for purchases, scheduled maintenance, repairs, and for parts and service.
