⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at AutoZone! I am truly grateful to Roger Marquez for his kindness, generosity, and outstanding customer service. After finishing a long day at work, I found myself in a difficult situation when I couldn’t get into my car. Thankfully, the AutoZone store was close to my office, and Roger didn’t hesitate to step in and help me. This is not the first time Roger has gone above and beyond to help me. He is a hardworking, dedicated, and genuinely caring person who truly values his customers. His willingness to help, his patience, and his kindness make a real difference. It’s not every day you come across someone who is so willing to lend a helping hand without hesitation. Roger is a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should look like, and AutoZone is fortunate to have someone like him on their team. I sincerely appreciate everything he has done for me, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized. Thank you, Roger, for being such a blessing! May God continue to bless you, protect you, and reward you for your kindness. You have earned another satisfied customer, and I will always remember the way you went out of your way to help me. 🙏❤️

Thank you to Crus who was super helpful. I came in with having trouble starting my car. He checked my battery and notified me that it was almost dead. He showed me different battery options and got one installed and the car was starting perfect after that. Quick service and kind staff. I definitely recommend this location!

My local Autozone, always great service and helpful even if they don’t have the solution in store. Thanks to Eddie M. for his help with my battery today.

This location is amazing if I can give them 10 stars I would the customer service here was such a blessing. I was having an issue with my battery and I went to the nearest AutoZone the person there put on the wrong size battery and also mounted the battery Incorrectly to where it damaged the battery completely after driving for 40 minutes with a new battery the battery light did not go away. I was paranoid that I had a bigger issue like an alternator. I brought my car to the AutoZone on Valleyview. They not only replace the battery with no hassle they gave me the correct size and they gave me a new mound to make sure that the battery is stable and did not move they did not charge me for anything. The gentleman that caught the mistake is named Eddie. He’s so kind and has a good spirit And Mr. Roger is my favorite person here he always goes over and beyond for me every time that I come in, I love the fact that Eddie took the time to look up my making model and not just go with what he saw in the vehicle apparently I’ve been driving with the wrong battery for several years now thank you AutoZone for making my day.
