  This location is beginning to decline since opening. It used to feel like an old time gas stations where attendants where quick and eager to get you serviced. I’ve had to leave after waiting 25 minutes in line twice. I don’t know if it’s new staff, or just complacency, but they have slowed down considerably. Disappointing…

  Had yet another exceptional experience with the Valvoline team at Euless today (Tuesday Aug 18th). The afternoon crew there were top notch and what I can appreciate most is the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and communication. You can tell by the way they talk to you and each other that saftey comes first. They communicate to each other in such a way that its like a verbal checklist, ensuring that tasks are done in a sequential order so that its not to miss any steps in the process. I have to give a shout out to Jaken, Dereck, and Kayley for an amazing job they did in my oil change. I will definitely come back for the great service and I enjoy watching them work as a team! Excellent job!

  To start, customer service is good here. Very hospitable. I will say though, be weary of the service and check your vehicle right when you pull out. Getting an oil change while you can’t see what they’re doing leaves you open to issues that they may not claim. My vehicle has a plastic covering that blocks my oil pan from being damaged while driving. Well that plastic shield didn’t just wear out randomly. They claim it did and say on their video that they replaced it and it was snug but yet today my plastic shield was loose, and the screw that holds it in place has been constantly tapping my oil pan and due to them not securing it down properly, a hole was punctured into my oil pan by the screw. It’s very evident. I was never able to see the video and was told there was nothing they can do. I’m not one to point fingers but all I know is that my plastic shield has not been remotely loose in the 56,000 miles I’ve driven it and 24 hours later it magically broke off? Idk, doesn’t sit right with me. I had to pay for these repairs myself and I will no longer be using Valvoline going forward. Long story short, the employees may be nice but be weary of the service and check your car immediately afterwards.

  My visit to Vavoline in Euless was awesome. The guys there were fast and friendly. Derik and the other guys did a great job. I highly recommend this location.
