  This is a well managed outfit. I had some billing issues of no fault of the workers, it was a computer problem. Malik, the manager was so kind and professional. He handled the situation with such grace. He does such a great job with all customers with a smile. Thank you for taking care of your customers.

  4 Mondays ago. My husband took my Audi for a car wash. When he was towel drying the car. He saw scratches on right B piller and left front fender. The manager Jaleni was on site who immediately took pictures of the damage and told him that she will get in touch soon. She never contacted him so he had to go the car wash several times to talk to her or the general manager Mike. Employees told that Mike is unreachable. After several trips to store she finally met him and stated she watched the video that night and scratches were already there. He asked to talk to the manager Mike, but she said he is too busy and she is boss at this store. If you see the pictures that scratches on the both side of the car can only be caused by the automatic car wash. Most disappointing part of this was manager Jaleni who refused to admit the problem and turned it around and chalk to preexisting scratches.

  Honestly couldn’t like a car wash more, got all the bugs off my car and made it look brand new. Ethan was such a help deciding what membership to get! And the free vacuums is always a plus!

  This is the best Go-in-Neutral car wash I’ve been to. It’s completely automated and saves time. If I lived closer, I’d do the subscription. Jessica was awesome also. Very helpful.

  cannot recommend Tommy’s Express Car Wash enough! If you are looking for a high-quality, consistent clean, this is the spot. What Stands Out: • The Value: Their monthly deals are excellent. If you like keeping your car clean year-round, the subscription is a no-brainer and pays for itself in just a few visits. • Top-Tier Equipment: The wash itself works great, but the real game-changer for me is the floorboard mat washing machine. It’s easily one of my favorite features and saves so much time and effort compared to manual scrubbing. • Consistency: I visit this location every day, and the results are always professional. The Service: While the complex is great, Malik is the main reason I keep coming back. His customer service is truly exceptional. He is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, making the entire process feel effortless. Because I’m such a frequent visitor, minor things are bound to come up occasionally, but Malik is always one step ahead. Every single time, he notices if I need a hand and comes out to help without me even having to ask. He handles everything with speed, a great attitude, and prompt solutions. Thank you, Malik, and the Tommy’s Express team for making it so easy to keep my car looking brand new!
