  First of all The cashier was rude, the car it's like not washed and more than of the vacuums not working and this is the only thing you can use to clean your car . I've been in many car wash shops and they offer vacuum , air cleaners and even water cleaners. Very bad experience will not come back again

  Terrible experience. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. The vacuums didn't work at all, and I paid $12 for the basic wash, but my car still looked dirty afterward. It honestly didn't look like it had been washed. I definitely won't be coming back and would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

  Tommy's Express Car Wash does an exceptional job with their wash system; my car always comes out sparkling clean and with a flawless shine. However, as a Tesla Model Y Long Range owner, I've found the experience on the conveyor belt to be quite challenging. The belt never stops, and since this model is four-wheel drive, the wheels keep turning, causing the car to turn off free roll mode automatically. Because it repeatedly exits free roll, I have to wrestle with the controls while on the track, and I frequently get error messages about the vehicle hold and cruise control being unavailable after the wash is complete. Addressing these operational issues would really improve the experience for Tesla drivers.

  I’ve been to quite a few car washes, and this one stands out from the rest. One of the biggest reasons I like it is the wash system they use. Instead of the traditional track and roller setup that pulls your vehicle through by the wheels, they use a conveyor belt system that your tires simply sit on. For anyone with aftermarket wheels or expensive rims, that’s a huge advantage. I don’t have to worry about my wheels rubbing against tracks, getting scratched, or accidentally damaging a tire on the guide rails. The wash itself does an excellent job. My vehicle comes out looking extremely clean every time, and the equipment is well maintained. The vacuums have strong suction and make it easy to get the interior cleaned up quickly. They also carry microfiber towels and other detailing products, which is a nice bonus if you like keeping your vehicle looking its best. They offer monthly memberships as well, and after my experience here, I’ll most likely be signing up for one. As someone who takes pride in my vehicle and has invested a lot into my wheels, finding a car wash that doesn’t require any part of the system to contact them is a big deal. The combination of a safe wash system, great cleaning results, quality vacuums, and overall convenience makes this my go-to car wash. Highly recommended this wash
