Although customer service was awesome at first, I still came out with multiple scratches I’ve never had before. I went through twice! I didn’t notice the scratches at first because the amount of dirt and stuff still on the car. My car was still not clean after the second wash! And came out with damage. I spoke to the “shift leader” and was promised a call back today and never got one after they told me the claims manager was coming in at 1:45pm. Mind you I came in around 10-11Am. Now I’m starting to think they aren’t taking me seriously. I’ve put months of effort into my car as a show vehicle for car shows. Thousands of dollars and I really hate to be that guy to moan and groan over a couple 5-6 Inch scratches but I put my time and effort into my vehicles and you can’t get time back. Highly frustrated. A call would gratefully appreciated!

Got the best package. No different between the best anc cheapest. After paying when you go to the free vacuums if you want to clean the interior of your car you have to buy a “detail kit”. Awful car wash. Vacuums are pretty much broken with almost no suction and I tried multiple

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Euless! The facility is clean, modern, and the vacuum area is brand new and very well maintained.
Special thanks to Ameera for going above and beyond. Even though they only provide free dry towels, she went out of her way to bring me two wet towels—which are hard to keep wet in the Dallas heat—and handed them over with a smile. That’s exceptional customer service!

The actual car wash service is good, and I have no complaints about the quality of the wash. However, I have serious concerns about the way the pricing and memberships are presented by the cashiers.
The first time I went, I was offered a plan for $20 for the first 3 months each. I agreed to it based on how it was explained to me, only to find out that the $20 price was actually just for the first month and the price would increase to over $40 after that.
I went back yesterday and specifically told the cashier that I did not want a membership and only wanted the $12 car wash, because they try to upsell every time. I was charged $17 for a different wash instead. The cashier did ask if I wanted my receipt , and I declined without checking it, that was my mistake for not taking it and verifying I was charged correctly. I didn’t realize I had been charged differently until I checked my bank account later.
Again, the car wash itself is good, but the sales practices and the way the different wash plans and prices are presented feel very questionable. Customers should be able to clearly understand exactly what they’re being charged for before the transaction is completed. I would recommend being very careful and checking the receipt before leaving.
