  Asked about an oil change, was greeted outside by 2 men who did not ask what the car make or model was. Didn’t ask what kind of oil I needed, just told me it would be $110. They cheered with joy when I drove away.

  New to texas, need to get tags. Came for vehicle inspection. They were very helpful and insightful, explained and helped me understand the entire process. Fast is an understatement, in and out under 10minutes. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend this Kwik Kar location. Friendly service from beginning to end. I went in for an oil change. Without asking, they topped off my washer fluid and aired up my tires, which I appreciated. The technician alerted me to an exhaust problem that potentially would be covered by warranty with the dealership and didn’t try to talk me in to anything- was simply letting me know. I also really like the printout they give you so you know where you stand as far as battery life and recommended services for the future based on the mileage of the car. I can look things up to educate myself before making any decisions as well. Since buying a car these days is SO EXPENSIVE, I want to take good care of the one I have so it lasts as long as possible. I’ll definitely trust the Trinity Blvd Kwik Kar to help me do that.

  This Kwik kar is a mix between an elementary school and a circus. And by that I mean no one working here knows what they’re doing, can communicate with you, or finish a task without you having to stay on them. I dropped my husband’s car off on Monday of last week to get the AC fixed, and a week and a thousand dollars later, it’s still not fixed. And the cherry on top is that, according to the mechanic, in order to truly fix it, an additional $800 would be needed. Absolutely not, I would rather pass a kidney stone than deal with this JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT another day of my life. This is truly the definition of people who do not what they’re doing, but know how to SCAM you into thinking they do. They say they honor the work, but in my opinion, the work they’re putting out is anything BUT honorable. Do yourself and your finances a favor and skip this option for any car maintenance you may have.
