  I came here to change my wheel stud and they are truly professional. I was expecting them to take an hour for inspection and stud replacement but they didn’t take more than 20 minutes. I very much recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely come back here.

  I just moved from Washington state and drove all the way 30 hours to get here. When I arrived to Texas, I noticed some pretty big issues with my brakes, I scheduled an appointment so easy with brakes plus online. Mario and Haley were so helpful and the team Was very communicative of all that needed to be completed. I was in and out so easy and they were very accommodating. This was a great first experience and service back in Texas.

  I recently had the BEST experience at Brakes Plus! Gina and Hailey were beyond accommodating and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch, and the communication throughout the entire process was amazing. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s hard to find people who care this much anymore, and they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back in the future!

  I really wish I could give them a zillion stars. They deserve it. I have been a long-time customer of Brake Plus and they never disappoint. Yesterday we took our car to have the brakes and a warning sign that popped up on the dashboard checked. All the staff were super amazing. They will go the extra mile to help their customers. Especially the manager, Gina Morales, she is an absolutely amazing manager. She offered us a free ride back home since we had to leave our car for a day. Thanks to all the Brake Plus team, and special thanks to the manager Gina. We are definitely coming back again and would highly recommend this place.

  I had left a positive review before but after my recent service, I felt it needed to be updated. The staff was friendly and the manager made sure I was good throughout the whole process which I appreciated However the quality of the work did not match the service I went in for a rear brake replacement and was advised to also get rotor resurfacing and a brake fluid flush. Immediately after, I noticed a clicking noise from the rear of my car that was never there before. I brought it back and was told it was a loose clip and had been fixed, but the noise continued. I went to Firestone to get a brake inspection for a second opinion. They showed me that the brake fluid flush had not actually been completed. In the attached photo, you can see the test strip comparison—clean brake fluid versus the fluid from my car. My brake fluid turned dark purple immediately, and they repeated the test multiple times in front of me with the same result. They also found that the rotor resurfacing was uneven, which I have videos of. Now I’m having to pay additional money to fix issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I would recommend getting a second opinion before approving major services here.
