  Excellent and honest service! I went in due to squealing brakes. My brake pads were only about a year old (different place) and they quickly checked my vehicle and let me know it was just buildup and no immediate service was necessary. No change at all for the check and they provided me coupons and a recommendation of services for my car. Steve the technician and Mario at the desk were wonderful and quick!

  Gina and Mario were of great help! If y’all are looking for a mechanic shop that treats you like family, I highly suggest y’all come to Brakes Plus in Euless off of Harwood! The customer service they provided made me feel like family, and not like a customer! From the initial inspection they took care of me, and that means a lot to me! Great group of people even the techs were very polite and showed hospitality! Y’all come and show them love, like they have done with me! I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

  Great service Ive taken my car there for brakes and they really helped me out. Great service Today after jiffylube told me I needed them to fix my spark plugs and then told me to comeback for the service they said they don't do Volkswagen. Called up Jerry at Brakes plus they do spark plugs and do Volkswagens. They looked it over and turns out jiffylube on Industrial just lied and my spark plugs are solid. After doing my brakes and checking my car, I'm sending my friend who needs brakes there. Jerry, Jerry, Jerry!

  Gina, Jerry, and Josiah were a blessing and a ray of sunshine in our day. They took such amazing care of us from the second we walked in the door. It had been probably one of the worst days we’ve had in a REALLY long time and a totally dead battery was the icing on the cake. My husband and I were both extremely stressed and in a hurry to get back to work. They switched out our battery, which was totally dead and had no hope and had us out the door in 10 minutes. The battery was, thankfully, under warranty, and Gina sent us out with the battery and told us she’d email us the warranty receipt to fill out so we could get back to work and fulfill all the rest of the days’ duties. They truly were our angels sent from heaven today and met us with so much grace and assurance. We HIGHLY recommend them for any vehicle services you need!!! Thank you Gina, Jerry, and Josiah…you all were such blessings to us today!!!

  I will never be coming here ever again. The staff is friendly but they gave wrong information. I came in to get my car aligned and they told me before they aligned it that they will check all the suspensions before proceeding to align it. They went ahead and had it aligned. Charged me the money. And I left I noticed that my car was still steering to the right. I waited a few weeks thinking that it would go away then I called them they told me to bring it in so I did. Then a different mechanic than the one that did the first alignment said that we needed to replace the tire rod. Gina said she would send the quote but never did. I had to call them ask her to send it she said that it wasn't only the tire rod there was more things. So they lied because there is no way that all these things would be broken as soon as I left the first time I aligned it. And they misinformed me saying that everything was good that they wouldn't align it if they're was damages on suspension. I wasted about $200. And they expect me now to pay $1000 something for the whole thing. Don't go here for alignment! Even the place I got the tires said they weren't suppose to do that it's against policy meaning they take your money and don't care.
