  MAKE IT MAKE SENSE 20% for online orders, so I order snd pay online but at the checkout the discount isn't for in store pick up! But wait, you said online order and thats what I was gonna do! How is it any different if I pick up or if you ship it FOR FREE!! Im saving you shipping charges BUT IT WOULD BE PAID FOR ONLINE!!!! NOT COOL AT ALL!! That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever!!

  Nothing against the workers or the customer service which is usually great however what I don't like about these auto parts stores is that they take enormous advantage of people which is highly unfair. Was shopping around for an engine mount for my car and these guys are charging 142$ for a part that costs 36$ online at various websites. I understand brick & mortar stores have additional expenses but that doesn't explain price gauging more than 3 times what it costs online. Plus the people selling it online are already having a margin of profit on the 36$ so you can only imagine the level of greed and extortion which is very unfair to the end consumers. You are just taking advantage of people that either have an emergency and need the part now or people who are new and clueless about these things. Attaching a clear comparison of AutoZone vs Amazon for the exact same product

  John was amazing!! He helped me and my friend after her car stopped working. He had us follow him to the shop during his lunch break, and called to ensure they would be able to help! He was so nice! Everyone here needs a raise, especially John. John, if you are reading this, thank you so so much!!!!

  I just moved to Texas and my engine light was on so I went to AutoZone to get it checked. John helped me check it with a diagnostic and sure enough my engine was terrible. Since it’s just me and my friend here I was panicking calling my parents when Jon offered to help me get my car to the closest dealership. I really appreciated the time he took to help me as I am new here and this was my first car. He took time out of his lunch break to help me and I can not thank him enough. Thank you so much John! 😊

  I wanted to leave a review for John W. because he honestly went above and beyond helping me. I originally came in on Saturday just to buy CR2032 batteries for my key fob, and he had no issue helping me replace them. Hyundai had previously told me I would need to buy a whole new remote/key setup, which would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars, so I really appreciated him taking the time to help instead of just brushing me off. While I was there, I also asked him about my hood lift supports and told him I was willing to pay him personally if he could help replace them. He went ahead and did it for free and wouldn’t even take my money. That meant a lot to me because he took extra time out of his day to help with something I had been putting off fixing for a long time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, and people like that are hard to come by. I’m very thankful for his help!
