  I took my car here to get a hood latch fixed because I couldn’t get it set right myself since getting a new hood, and it wouldn’t stay latched. The car had previously been repaired from a wreck that happened before I bought it, so I understood that it wasn’t in the best condition, and it would take a little elbow grease to get it right. The lady that greets customers comes out with me and I show her the car and proceeds to point out all these issues as if it couldn’t be done. I tried to explain that the hood wasn’t being obstructed from closing and they could make it work, but she insisted it couldn’t work. She storms off saying “Take it somewhere else. I’m not going to argue with you.” I took it to Kozlovsky’s in town and he had it back to me the same day with my problem solved. I guess these people just don’t want to work, or can’t think outside the box to solve something. I’m giving an extra star here because others say you do good work, so I’m being nice.

  Okay, not a customer, but will be! Went in for an estimate on a frame straightening. He gave me what i would consider a reasonable estimate, then took 10 minutes and walked me through how to do it myself. Told me if I goofed it up, they'd be happy to fix it! Seriously! I've used another body shop a couple times in the last year and was never really impressed. This one action has earned my business! BTW, chances I goof up are a solid 50%!
