Came in for an oil change and had a 4.99 shop supplies charge added on with no explanation? Didn't notice until I got home. Price for oil change is already ridiculous. Been coming here for years simply because of convenience. From now on I'm going to Walmart where it's literally half the cost anyway. 58$ instead of 115$

I visited the Ennis Kwik Kar on Saturday, September 26, at about 4:40 p.m. for an oil change. A sign in the shop listed the price as $69.99, but I was charged $79.99 before tax, about $85 total. The employee told me the sign had not been updated after a price increase. I was not told the higher price before the work began. When I asked about the usual fluid and vehicle checks, the employee acknowledged that they had been skipped because I arrived close to closing. I wish I had been told that before agreeing to the service. During my wait, I also heard a personal phone conversation at the front counter, and the restroom had no paper towels. I have received good service here before, so this visit was disappointing. I am 62 and saw that your website advertises a $25 discount for customers 55 and older on a full service oil change. I did not know about it when I paid. I would appreciate having that discount applied to my visit, along with an explanation of the price difference and the skipped checks.

Went to get my oil changed, was an hour before they closed, nobody to greet and ask how they can help. The only employee who was there was working on a truck and looked up from the truck to throw his hands up in the air and shake his head in disgust because there was another customer to help, won't be going back if that's how they feel about their customers. I've also had lousy service in the past but this takes the cake.

My car broke down on 287 in Waxahachie. I was towed to Kwik Kar Lube in Ennis. I expected repairs to be done by the next day. I was thoroughly surprised and relieved to hear that the car would be repaired the same day. I waited and the car was ready in about 2 hours. I know people are concerned about high prices in this economy but I highly recommend KWIK KAR LUBE to everyone! This is NOW my auto shop for all my auto needs. Going to make an appointment for motor mounts!
