  I came to get my inspection done and added on other services. Jose was so kind and attentive. This place in general runs smoothly, they work fast and get you in and out. I come here for all of my car needs. Very happy with them which is why they are my first choice.

  We have been coming to this specific Valvoline location on Pellicano for over six years, and we have always received amazing customer service from the entire staff. Today, Jose assisted us and was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. We truly appreciate the consistent great service. Thank you, Jose and the entire team, for all your hard work! Highly recommend this location!

  So previously I had taken my 2017 Jeep renegade for an oil change on the Westside location on Osborne I was happy with there service . So I decide to take my 2026 Honda civic si for a oil change but at this location not only did the service take longer but they were done I proceeded to drive out when on the street my whole skid plate was dragging and it tore it up . I would’ve gone back but I had picked up a delivery I couldn’t go back after I finished the delivery I went to the dealership and sure enough my whole skid plate needed to be replaced which it costed me a total of $185 just beware of this location in particular. I’ve contacted them to see if they can do something for me to no success.
