  My battery died in a parking lot near the Valvoline location I had recently visited. I walked over to see if they could help, and the staff immediately offered to walk with me and try to get my vehicle started. After determining that the battery was completely dead, Jose offered to get a replacement battery and install it for me. When he found out they did not have the correct battery in stock, he went to another Valvoline location, picked it up, and returned quickly to install it. Jose and the entire staff went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a service center. Their willingness to help when I was stranded was greatly appreciated. I would like to personally commend Jose and the entire team for their outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location!

  Manager had a low temper and got annoyed easily from a worker asking him a question. Manager then proceed to carry that same attitude with the customers. A worker also left my hood dirty of oil spills and he wiped it and smeared it all over instead which made it worse.

  Had a really good experience at Valvoline! Everyone was friendly, and they got my oil change done surprisingly fast. I barely had to wait around, which was awesome. The whole process was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful without making me feel pressured into getting extra services. Definitely would come back!

  I have used Valvoline due to their great service their specials and how much pride they take in carrying for your vehicle. Jose the tech who was assisting me was awesome and reminded me of the diferente additional services but was not pushy. I highly recommend Valvoline at the corner of Pellicano and George Deiter. Plus I did my state inspection while on site.
