    One late afternoon on a Saturday, I went in for an oil change. As always, the workers there are very professional and friendly. I followed all basic commands from turning on the blinkers, pressing on my brakes and so on. They proceeded by asking if they could open the hood of my car. I confidently and willingly responded with "Oh yeah I can do that." Some seconds later, the worker attempted to begin the oil change but couldn't open my hood. Surely I had opened it as I've done it plenty of times or so I thought. Turns out I had opened the trunk instead. As the worker and myself shared a few laughs, I was dying with embarrassment inside. I could hear the disappointment in my fathers voice in the back of my head. I included a fuel additive to my vehicle and the worker kindly asked, "Can you please open the gas tank?" This was my time to shine so I gladly accepted. Thank you Mike for closing my trunk and changing my oil. Ladies, if you are looking for honest people to take care of you car, this is the place to go.

    I had a great experience getting my oil change here! The staff was super friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was quick, efficient, and they explained everything clearly. It’s hard to find places with such great customer service nowadays. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

    Great costumer service, these guys are always on top of it with a great attitude, and they do a speedy job. I’ve always loved coming here. They’re always so fantastic! This is the only place I’ll be getting my oil changed, and I highly recommend coming here if you’re thinking of getting an oil change soon. BONUS military & veteran friendly.

    Stopped by for an oil change for our 2019 RAV4 and Mike was very knowledgeable on the services needed. Was understanding when I let him know that I had already completed some services myself and had follow up questions to ensure I had performed the services properly. Which was reassuring to know well he knew the vehicle. Joe and Rob did a great job at performing the oil change and showing us the fresh oil that they put into our vehicle. Would definitely recommend stopping by to get your vehicle serviced at this location.

    Very aggravating experience with the manager. Arrived early, enjoying the morning, patiently waiting. Employee arrived and I explained that I had tried to get a discount coupon, on line, while another car went on, no worries. Waiting, got distracted and when it was my turn i was slightly distracted. Manager appeared angry and yelled to me to druve forward. I was surprised because I felt like he was summoning a dog. This quite preturbed me. I tried to get his attention , but the original employee answered. I explained to him how I felt and that it’s rude to yell at customers and make them feel that wat. He let the manager know, but he wasntat all bothered to explain to me like the employee did. I ordered over $600. Worth of work and to top ot off I was charged, bit they were unable to reimburse me for the battery only. No, they had to reimburse the entire pmnt and charge me for the work that had been completed. That was the straw that broke the back charged $800+ for $200 worth of work and tuw $ returned in 3-5 business days. God must be nice to have that type of $$ to waist. I went specifically there sue to there normal operating manners. This is the first time he made me feel that way. His rational was thats procedure. Well I explained that the policy by was normal courteous to address the customer directly. I explained that I was not sure how he was going to explain that raring of 1 and he said it was procedure and it was my rigjt.. Thanks for your help, but keep it Ricardo!
