- DEDEBBIE EISERT3 days ago5.0Very good experience overall, Aaron recommended cabin filter change was quoted a different price on cabin filter in glove compartment $14.99, paid more than quoted $59.99, after he pulled out the filter, it was filthy and needed to be replaced, although a discount was applied of $36.62, it wasn't the price quoted, I've been taking my vehicles to this location and will continue, always great service. 👍

- MGMike GoldeAug 5, 20261.0I called several times to confirm what oil they had available for my vehicle. They confirmed they had it multiple times including when i pulled into the shop. I tried to ask to make an appointment. I was told they dont do appointments but they can work on my car as long as its before 7. I came in 20 minutes till closing. It seems the manager didnt want to work on my vehicle, as the service advisor said they had the oil i needed then they came back saying they couldnt work on my vehicle. Overall i wasted time i didnt have and was treated poorly. Ive been here before and i dont feel the manager really cared. He said "you can go buy the oil and we'll do it for you". Then i suggested going ACROSS THE STREET to Autozone for the oil and he still denied to work on my car. Honestly thats a hot load of steaming fertilizer. They wasted time just to say its too late to do it in the first place when i was told mulitple times they had the oil. I'll probably take my car elsewhere. Seems like the manager wont mind since he likes turning away business.
