  Do NOT trust Tommy’s Express with your vehicle. They completely damaged my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder and both local management and corporate customer support are refusing to take accountability. Their official company motto is to express yourself and they claim to focus on adding value and enriching lives but they absolutely do not stand by those words. I used my membership to wash my vehicle here every single day completely unaware that their malfunctioning wax chemical cycles were actively destroying my paint. A heavy permanent waxy residue has built up and ruined the exterior finish on the back of my SUV directly underneath the rear window. Daily washes should protect a vehicle not bake a destructive chemical layer onto the clear coat. Management has blamed me for the damage. Avoid this car wash at all costs because they do not stand behind their service!

  Erick the Mgr. cancelled my subscription after being with them for 3 yrs. I have never been treated in that manner. I will definitely never return to this unprofessional establishment.

  Having a monthly subscription for this carwash makes me appreciate not having to wait in line to pay. I go several times a month to have my car washed.

  New customer thinking about canceling both our memberships. While the car wash is nice, it doesn't rinse the vehicle well and leaves soap and wax all over. Should have looked at these reviews before signing up. It is obvious management doesn't correct these issues just replies with comments to call them or stop by. Fix your car wash!

  I use this specific tommys i dont like the one on montwood huge speed bumps and the vacuum i use didnt work very well
