  The lane for those of us who have the membership is constantly waiting longer than those who don't have it even though their transaction is long. Sometimes the members are just waiting there stalling because the gate won't open althoygh the ones without the membership haven't even finalized their transaction. Makes me reconsider the membership.

  Avoid… tried it out and their car wash left milky greasy residue all over my windows and paint. When I asked about it, was told oh it’s probably our ceramic wax, and they had me go through the wash again. But I still had milky greasy splatter all over my car. Not worth the BS of having to go clean this crap off of your car after what you think would be a good car wash. Had to go to another car wash to get this stuff off.

  I went to get my 2026 nissan sentra a wash with a new membership on Sunday April 12th. And when I was drying it off I saw a scratch on the left side bumper. I went to talk to someone but there was no manager but I did my claim with them when I hear one of the workers saying "ya thats not going to be covered with us" And when I confronted the worker about what her friend said she said oh no that will be covered and ill just have to wait 3 to 5 days. So when I when to wash my car again Saturday the 18th i was drying it again I see a car coming out with his bumper hanging on the same side where my scratch happened I talked to the manger Jorge de los santos he straight out told me no that there not going to fix it cuz it dont show on the camera that nothing happen to it and that his car is something different then mine??

  Really love Tommy’s BUT I think they should realize they’ve exhausted their membership signups in the northeast, it’s over populated! Every time I come now, the line of cars exceeds way past the premises, making it unsafe as that is a heavy traffic area. Then there’s cars that are clearly members cutting line through the new customers line/one time pay line and the employees don’t realize that so they cut the line of 15 plus cars. The reason I got the membership was so that I can be in and out easily, now the new member line/ one time pay line is faster and people are allowed to cut line. I DESPISE waiting in line for a service I’m paying extra for with that incentive. Then I got notification the prices are changing, but how will THAT fix the problem mentioned above? Weren’t they supposed to open a new Tommy’s by the Planet Fitness?
