  I canceled my Mister Car Wash membership I had for many years because their prices went up. I switched to Tommys because they kept the basic wash at $19.99, they just billed me at $21.99. Guess what, I just canceled this one too. At least Mister Car Wash had the decency to send an email notification before billing me. I'm not paying you and $24 more dolars a year for absolutely nothing more than what I already had.

  I wish there was an option for newest vehicles with no side plastic brushes to avoid marking on shinny bumpers

  I started going to Tommy’s on Mesa St and was looking forward to the new location on Resler…. Very close to my home. But the blowers are either not positioned properly or something is off… I now spend 10 minutes drying off my truck. I know 10 min is not much but when you are on a tight schedule and you have to stop get out dry the vehicle that’s not good. I also noticed the same thing at the Mesa location but not as bad. I think the blowers need attention. I’m thinking of going to the other car wash and pay for one just to see how it does. From what I remember it was always good but left due to billing issues and joined Tommy’s… we shall see if I go back or stay at Tommy’s.

  Tommy's has a track that grips the vehicle's tires and NOT a rack that damages the tires and the spoilers on your car!

  Excelent and quick service. I like more Tommy's over other car wash brands. The unlimited wash are worth it. Vacuum are included, although compressed air is not always working.
