  I always go to montana location and this week I went to Mesa and the machine scratched all of my back left door, is there an email or contact to reach for help on this incident? I won’t be using my insurance because it has happened on my previous car that for a “scratch claim” carfax reported it as a crash and the value of my truck went down, so I won’t let this happen again. I’ll wait for response. Also, my car exited the carwash soaking wet, those blowers dry nothing.

  Staff had to deal with an argumentative guest for probably about 10-15 minutes just holding up the line. They where apologetic and courteous from what I could tell, but they comped my wash for the inconvenience. Very friendly and professional staffing, thank you guys!

  I visited this tommys that was recommend by a family friend, and the staff was so friendly ! I met Jackie and she was able to run down what tommys had to offer! She gave me a free month just by joining on the app and explained every perk i get. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile the way she does. The Place itself looked so amazing.

  I recently had an issue with my membership and unfortunately didn’t receive much help at the Reslar location. However, when I visited the Mesa location, everything turned around. Jackie one of the managers went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly patient, kept me informed with consistent updates, and resolved my issue much faster than I expected. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly stood out...I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend visiting this location if you ever need assistance!

  Fix your screen where it says drive or Neutral… it tells you to move then neutral then drive then neutral again and it confuses you then the lady comes and yell at me, well fix your damn screen or have someone guide you. This does’t happen at the one on Montana. And at this location I’ve noticed there’s a guy who gets all mad when he has to come out and guide you, bro they’re paying you for that, that’s your job.
