- AAAlozOct 3, 20261.0Paid for the top tier and car came out filthy tried it again and slightly cleaned up but still dirty spots. Also the tier I paid for states tire gloss and tire cleaner is included, sadly my tires did not look clean at all let alone glossy. Vacuums are very weak even when there are no customers.
- LGLizette GonzalezSep 26, 20261.0I received a brochure stating that I could receive a free month with the purchase of services for approximately $36.99 per month. I understood the promotion to mean that I would pay for the required service/membership and receive the first month at no charge, followed by the regular monthly charge of $36.99 thereafter. However, I was charged $20.00 to my card for the first month. The advertisement did not clearly state that the first month would instead cost $20.00 and that the regular price would apply afterward. Had the promotion clearly stated that I would be charged $20.00 for the first month, I would have been able to make an informed decision before purchasing. When I questioned the charge at the location, the manager refused to provide a refund. More concerning, I was told that I “didn't know how to read” the advertisement. I found this comment disrespectful and inappropriate, particularly when I was simply asking for clarification about a promotional offer. I am requesting that Tommy’s Express review the advertisement and the transaction and refund the $20.00 charge. I also ask that the company review the wording of this promotion to ensure that customers can clearly understand exactly what they will be charged and when.
