  Quick quack did not wash my car properly. My vehicle was put through their car wash for a fresh look on the car. And when I got off my vehicle my rear was completely dirty with dust and dirt. And for the price 27 dollars I expect a glistening look on the car. But no the car was still dirty. I used to trust the quick quack brand but now I do not as of this situation. I was on a full schedule and had no time for any repetition or any time extra for a reuse. So quick quack made my wallet empty and left my car dirty.

  Went this morning for my car wash, the machine ripped off my license plate off my car. Went to the only two works and told them, they searched and advised it might be in the bottom of the car wash. They told me that they would take my number down and will call me if they find it tonight. I told them it needs to be found as I’m not getting a ticket for not having my back license plate. They told me the owner would not close and shut down the machine to get a plate. I asked for them to call the owner and if I can talk to him. Mind you they confirmed my plate was on the car before entering the túnel due to the system not pulling up my account. The employee there was extremely rude as if it was nothing that my plate got ripped off and me not wanting to drive off the lot without my plate. No owner was reach or didn’t update me as I waiting for 45 min. Ended up calling customer service as I waiting which was really good service but they couldn’t get a hold of the leader or owner. After 45 min the worker came up to me with my plate and walked away. No sorry, no sorry no explanation, nothing. Since I was on the phone with customer service , I just had them cancel my membership. I understand things happen but bad customer service and no apologies is not expectable with a 39.00 membership.

  Absolutely love this car wash. Love that they provide moist towels for drying the cars!
