Horrible time waste. I brought my company truck through their car wash and requested a receipt so I can get my company to reimburse the wash. They told me they’d have it after I exited the wash. Long story short, I waited an extra 1.5 hours for two young ladies to try and get me my receipt to no avail. They then asked me to inconvenience myself again, to come back the next morning to try and figure it out (suggesting they may add a complimentary wash). Drove the 25 minutes back to the wash this morning, spent another 20 minutes finally getting the receipt emailed to me and then they decided my time and gas mileage wasn’t worth the complimentary wash. It’s 2026, didn’t realize it’s so hard for a professional business to supply me a paper receipt. Many other options out there, avoid this place and save yourself the hassle

I wanted to follow up here after a couple of days to make sure I actually detail why I said what I said in the moment of time.
1. Thank you for replying. It does show that the business cares about its image and customers. For that I will raise a star.
2. I want to make sure I clearly state the only mud was around the tires and steps. I have driven my truck in worse condition than this through car washes. If I was caked completely, I’d understand the request. I went around the corner to another wash without any issues, complaints, or damage.
3. Your wash is expensive. It is almost double what it is back home. Many of us struggle currently to meet needs. So asking someone to go spend more of their own money prior to giving you money seems not right. I am also including your own water at the house which you still have to pay. So I apologize if it seemed snarky and rude, but that’s money we could use to pay a bill or buy food yet you would still turn people away trying to do something nice for themselves in the name of “protection”.
4. While I think people should give your business location a shot based off of
your response, I still feel obligated to give a heads up on expectations prior to coming to your store.
