  A Co worker and I ran into Austin this morning at the EL Paso National Car Rental return 8/22/2026! We were running late and had to change our drop off location etc.. Austin was extremely professional, but also showed a very charismatic personality and took care of everything for us on the spot. This young man has a bright future for sure! Great job Austin and National Car rental!

  Sent multiple emails, called multiple times and no answer. I had to call corporate customer service and even they told me that El Paso never answers emails or phone calls.

  Seamless pickup and drop-off. Vehicle functioned perfectly and was very clean.

  Every thing was fast and efficient. The selection ilof vehicles was great too. The employees at the counter and at the vehicle garage were both very courteous and professional.
