  Just purchased my dream vehicle at this dealership with Gus and had a great experience! He did not let us roast in the sun while we looked at Camrys. He had us wait in the AC while he looked for all my requirements and budget then he would pull the car up for me to test drive. He offered snacks and drinks and it was so easy! I got a flat tire like 30 minutes after buying my Camry and I text Gus and he showed up to help me change my tire and head back to the dealership where it was fixed. Talk about exceptional customer service! I will refer everyone I know to Gus!

  Compré aquí mi 4runner hace más de 7 años y mi esposo una Tacoma de hace como 10 años y siempre excelente el centro de servicios de Fox Toyota son muy organizados y tienen bastante personal, la sala de espera muy cómoda y ponen café y tv mientras esperas. Sin mencionar que te llevan a tu casa si van a durar mucho tiempo . Ambas camionetas las llevamos al servicio cada que les toca y siguen tan buenas como el primer día

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE!!! I took my car here on 3/15 for a federal safety recall repair and they BOTCHED the repair. After picking up the car and driving 5 mins down the road it was making weird sounds so we took it back immediately. Gabriel the service advisor agreed they made a mistake and would fix it for free. We picked up the car again about 3 weeks later, and departed for a family roadtrip. After arriving, our car had a check engine light, erratic idle and was not drivable. Fox refused to help us get the car to a shop, help with rental to get us home or ANYTHING. We were left on our own 100%. We paid out of pocket for a rental, paid to tow the car to Corwin of Colorado Springs where they did the diagnostic and PROPER repairs.(again Fox paid for none of this) They found an EL PASO TECH clamped a gasket too hard and cut it. Marvin, the service director acknowledged this, but still refused to pay for their mistakes. This is unacceptable behavior from a major dealership. Not to mention the way I was spoken to by Marvin and the other staff there!! Just down right unbelievable.
