Helpful Hints for Toyota Owners
• The most important thing you can do to keep your Toyota running well is to change the engine oil on schedule.
• Replace worn out wiper blades will ensure that you have a clear view of the road under all conditions.
• Periodic brake inspections at regular intervals according to your Toyota's recommended maintenance schedules insures longevity to components and safe brake performance.
• Keep an eye on tire pressure - losing just a few pounds of pressure in your tires can hurt fuel economy and shorten tire life.
• Read your Toyota Owner’s Manual. It will tell you everything you need to know about your vehicle.
Tires
We recommend that tires be rotated every 3,000 to 5,000 miles even if they don't show signs of wear. Tire rotation can often be done with oil change intervals while the vehicle is off the ground. This can also be a good time to have your tires rebalanced. It's also a good time to inspect the tires for any damage, remove stones or debris from the tire treads, check for uneven wear by checking the tire tread depth and of course, checking your tire pressure. It is an advantage when all four tires wear together because as wear reduces a tire’s tread depth, it allows all four tires to respond to the driver’s input more quickly, maintains the handling and helps increase the tire’s cornering traction.
Air Filters
Genuine Toyota Air Filters are engineered specifically for your Toyota to provide exceptional filtering efficiency, improved engine performance, and noise-dampening capabilities. They trap dirt and contaminants before they reach your engine, where they can cause wear and reduce performance. Replace your engine air filter every 30,000 miles or 36 months. If you operate your Toyota under special operating conditions, we recommend inspection every 15,000 miles or 18 months.
Synthetic Motor Oil
Today's sophisticated engine systems require a lubricant designed specifically for improved engine performance, increased fuel efficiency and reduced engine deposits. Many new Toyota models are certified for a new zero weight synthetic lubrication standard (SAE 0W-20). Our 0W-20 oil is low-viscosity synthetic oil formulated to provide uniform lubrication and reduce friction throughout the engine. Lighter than conventional engine oil, 0W-20 evenly and uniformly bathes your engine's moving parts, which means less wear and tear, better thermal stability and increased engine efficiency.

I brought my vehicle in because the radio was continuously rebooting after a battery replacement. I was told there was an electronic issue and that the radio needed to be replaced. This was the second time I had been told I needed to replace the radio in this same vehicle after a battery replacement.
After leaving the service department, I found Toyota’s own technical service information addressing this issue after a battery reset. I followed the procedure myself while still in the dealership parking lot, and my radio began working again.
I went back inside and informed the manager/service advisor that I had fixed it myself using the procedure I had asked them to address.
I also specifically requested a copy of the diagnostic report supporting their diagnosis and was not provided one.
I have since opened a case with Toyota Corporate. My advice to other customers—especially women—is to ask questions, request your diagnostic paperwork, and research expensive repair recommendations before authorizing them.

Service was good. Shuttle service was a bit inconvenient due to the fact that my appointment was at 7:20 and the service began at like 9:30, which kept me there for 2 hours. If I had known prior I may have made other arrangements, but I do appreciate the service is offered. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and had a good attitude. Picking up my vehicle was a bit annoying because my advisor was out to lunch and no one had the time to discharge me. When I got in my car there was an empty McDonald’s coffee cup in my cup holder, which I assumed was a worker’s. My child’s car seat was as thrown in the back seat. I can realize that employees may not be responsible for putting it back in place but at least let me know. I did appreciate the car wash as well!

I had such a great experience working with Miguel De La Mora! He helped me purchase my first car, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through the process. He was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout everything.
Since this was my first car purchase, I had a lot of questions and honestly felt a little overwhelmed at times, but Miguel always took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what I was getting into. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he genuinely made sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase.
I’m so happy with my first car and very grateful that Miguel was the person who helped me through the process! He was always willing to find ways to help me and made the entire experience feel so much easier than I expected.
I would definitely recommend Miguel to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience! 5/5 ⭐️

TLDR: Friendly bad service through and through. Total time at dealership was 3 hrs (11:56 to 2:58) for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation.
Setting up an appointment took a long time just to get to a human. Then once I get through convey my personal information I find out that they copied the information wrong. I have had plenty of service through Toyota and have the maintenance service plan so it should have been easy for them to take my VIN I gave them and find my account and update the information and appointment. I know it's easy because the moment I showed up and started the sign in I corrected the name re-communictaed i had the plan and the service rep did exactly that.
There were plenty of people in the waiting room and being told they were constantly behind and it would take 1.5-2+ hours for an oil change is a long time. Once that time passed I looked for my service advisor and it took nearly 15 min before I even had the opportunity to ask for an update expecting it would be a bit longer. The service rep took 5 min to tell me it would be another 30ish.
To be clear the service was friendly and transparent but it's clear the place is over booking their work. Id bet my car for my noon appointment booked a week ahead of time sat for over an hour before it was touched. Meaning Toyota decided to waste an hour of my time.
A standard expectation of a business should be to have an appointment and be seen at your appointment. This location takes your time because they over book themselves harming their good work.
I'm not efficient but I could have done this oil change on my own taken twice the maintenance time and still saved hours of time between setting the appointment driving and waiting.

It makes me sad to leave this review but if I could leave 0 stars I would. This place has been an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish.
My vehicle was scratched and dented while in their care, and they had to send it to a body shop for repairs. The paint work took over a month, only for my vehicle to come back with bubbling in the paint and a clearly defective repair.
When I contacted the dealership about the issue, I was told I needed to deal directly with the body shop. What I cannot understand is how the dealership can damage my vehicle, choose the body shop to repair it, have an established relationship with the body shop, and handle the original repair process, but once there is a problem with that repair, suddenly it becomes MY responsibility to deal with the body shop.
I contacted the body shop as instructed, only to be told initially that they could not help me and that I needed to go back to the dealership. So I was bounced back and forth between the dealership and the body shop, with neither willing to take ownership of the problem. After going back and forth, I was eventually told by the body shop that they need to keep my vehicle for approximately THREE MORE WEEKS to address the defective repair.
On top of that, I’m expected to pay for my own rental vehicle during those three weeks, for an issue that started because my vehicle was damaged while in the Toyota dealership’s care.
I also escalated this situation to corporate, hoping someone would finally take accountability and help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that was no help either.
To make matters worse, my interaction with the manager, Mr. Herschel, was extremely disappointing. He was rude, disrespectful, and condescending toward me, with absolutely no empathy for what I have been dealing with and no genuine effort to assist me in resolving the situation. As a customer, I should not have to fight this hard to get someone to take responsibility for an issue that originated with the dealership.
I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, and instead I’ve dealt with damage to my truck, poor-quality repairs, weeks without my vehicle, additional expenses, and a complete lack of accountability. To this day, the issue STILL has not been resolved, and I’m left with a horrible paint job on my vehicle because of a repair that was supposed to fix damage they caused.
What has been most disappointing is not just that the mistake happened, mistakes can happen. It’s the complete lack of ownership afterward. The dealership should be advocating for its customer and taking responsibility for the vendors it chooses to do business with, not pawning the customer off on the body shop and expecting them to deal with the consequences.
I would not recommend this dealership based on how my situation has been handled. Customers should not be left paying out of pocket, without their vehicle for weeks, and fighting to get a proper repair when the damage occurred while the dealership had possession of their vehicle.
I hope to hear from someone that will take action instead of the generic “thank you for your review response”
