Absolutely horrible experience with Fox Toyota. This has easily been the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve taken our truck there MULTIPLE times for the same issue, and after an entire month, nothing has been properly fixed. Every single time we call or go in person, we get a different excuse, a different story, or another empty promise that they “will take care of it” — and then they never do anything.
The communication is beyond terrible. Nobody keeps you updated, nobody calls back when they say they will, and it honestly feels like nobody there knows what’s going on. The organization of this place is a complete mess. We’ve been lied to repeatedly about timelines, parts, and what was supposedly already done to the truck.
On top of all that, the staff is rude, dismissive, and acts like helping customers is an inconvenience. Instead of taking responsibility, they just pass you around from person to person with zero accountability. Spending this much money at a dealership just to be treated with disrespect and ignored is unacceptable.
Fox Toyota is by far the worst Toyota dealership in all of El Paso. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Took 4 hours to complete a maintenance appointment because they had to request the parts for our vehicle the same day. They had an overflow of customers and not enough staff. The wait for a shuttle was at least an hour at a time. Days after the brakes started to squeak and we got tire damage. Been waiting a week for “Amanda” to call us back. Been waiting for 3 hours for another person to call back. Been on hold for 30 minutes. I never leave negative reviews but this is completely unacceptable when we pay money for “warranty”. It is evident we are just another number to them. We have been desperately trying to resolve the issue and still no one can resolve or help at all. Just an fwi ! And when i tried to book the maintenance over the phone I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for days I had an important question. I hope this helps for the company to do better, people work hard for their money to be having such a hard time with something so essential in their day to day life.

I recently purchased a brand new Camry XSE 2026 from them and had an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Miguel De La Mora was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy.
Not only the manager but I had the privilege to meet the big boss too for pricing. The pricing was transparent, the vehicle history was clearly explained, and the financing process was much smoother than expected. I especially appreciated how quickly they addressed a small issue I noticed after the test drive. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and professional car-buying experience.

I recently applied for a pre-approval. Received an email stating they received it but I never received a phone call. I waited a couple of days and finally decided to email them back. A sales representative by the the Gabriel Morales emailed me back and states "We've gone ahead and shared your information with our sister store Fox Acura, where Erick and their team will be happy to assist you. They have a different finance team that might be able to work with you on your situation. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make it happen here." Which is odd because I never spoke with anyone and have no idea what my situation is. Never asked if I had a trade, money down or a co signer. Just completely turned me away. I find that very odd to do business with a new customer. I have yet to hear from anyone but they were quick to run my credit.

I am writing this for my friend who has been waiting four years. Yes, four years for a key fob that should have been handled at purchase.
Every call is the same script. “Let me check.” “That was a long time ago.” “A manager will call you.” No call ever comes. No one takes responsibility. They keep her in a loop and hope she gives up. I’ve seen them handle this for others with no issue, so the process exists. They just choose not to follow through.
At this point this feels like theft and false advertising. Something promised at sale was never delivered, and now they want to charge hundreds of dollars to fix their own failure.She stopped using their service department because dealing with them is a waste of time.
If you buy from Fox Toyota, understand this. Once they have your money, you are on your own.They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.
